Great video as always i look forward to see the Cutopia stuff and hopefully Zanydu and the stuff relating the 2nd half of the game. I recall with Van Gogh another puzzle for him was you had to get Lugnuts (one of nerfarious henchman) ear piece so he wears that to allow him to hear better
I’m a bit confused about the order of events here. Were all those unseen bits of the castle cut from the first game, or would you have returned there in part 2?
Very nice presentation. I'm awaiting for some Cutopia animations. I wonder if there are unused content or just some which are intended to be in Toonstruck 2. There I remember an odd one where you can win the trophy fish from Wacme Gift-o-Matic, whilst normally you can get that fish if you defeat the butler footman in King Hugh's Castle and get into the trophy room.
Which room could you win the trophy fish? There was the footman, the fish-flushing, or maybe something else? I don't recall, but if you remember, it may bring up some of my memories.
@@lauraj7185 Sorry for the very late answer, as this one remained unanswered. I'm talking about Wacme where you can earn the 3 prizes. The Magnet, the Rubber Glove and the Hammer. In the game trailer of any gamer portal which selling Toonstruck has a mysterious cutscene which shows that the trophy fish is actually a Wacme reward.
@@Tibor0803 Wasn't the trophy fish in King Hugh's trophy room? He got it from Wacme fish flushing, maybe? So in the end, you are just figuring out how to return it to where it comes from. Sorry, but it's been so many years since I worked on the game I don't remember. I probably never knew every subtle answer to what was in Rich and Jennifer's ever changing game document, but they did have a lot of clever, funny ideas.
@@92JazzQueen I don't know if it was Bil or John's art--I think it was Bil trying to imitate John. If so, then only Bil would know. I don't know what became of him, as I haven't heard from him in all these years.
@@lauraj7185 Alright. I just really like Nefarious. In contrast with how everything else is such a comedic self-aware slapfest, he really brings a sense of danger and darkness. It doesn't hurt he's also voiced by Tim Curry who is always a delight to hear. He also seems to be if you mixed Mok from Rock and Rule and the Skullmaster (also voiced by Curry) from Mighty Max. I just think Nefarious is just a parody of all those Saturday morning villains you saw during that period of animation. And at the same time still comes off as awesome to watch.
