Theres no way the “radiants” are really radiant. The only real “radiant” this game was reyna and (potentially) sova. The game sense, aim, awareness, and overall mechanics of the other radiants are so shit. I am a radiant player (currently) on 2 different regions and I know what radiant is supposed to look like. At most these guys are immo

Im not hating but its just a fact that radiant is a lot easier than champion in r6 or red or plus 25k elo in cs2. for sure the community will improve over years but right now as an immo player, people still constantly make mistakes they did in plat, even watching the radiants here they peek when they shouldnt, ignore callouts dont pay attention to minimap and all that general stuff is what gave cs players an edge. Valorant community isnt that high in skill, its the first time most of them play a tac shooter and the game is still reletively new, it makes sense that players that have years of past experiance working with a team would do better in this setting.

tbh its harder to get global elite than radiant cause valorant you can do some weird, cheesy, bing bong stuff to get to a higher rank, but for CS its pure aim and pure skill. Edit: like even in the video the radiants realized they couldn't compete so they needed odins, a weird, cheesy gun.

People out here trying to defend the val Radiant players, saying "they aren't Radiant, more like immo", why would they be lying in the title, lying won't benefit them. Also, I do agree on the cs side where they should have looked for top faceit players. On top of this, the cs players were at a disadvantage at being a lower rank, even if u say the Radiant players aren't Radiant. Does this mean that there are not many big differences between an Ascended and a Radiant player in val or is it literally cuz CS players have more experience in fps shooters as the game is over half a decade older than val. Either way you spin it, it was a close match and the sourcing of the players could never be perfect, where they may be Radiant they may not be the very best Radiant's, they also had to get cs players that were actually willing to play this and knew how to play val. I don't think many high elo val players touch CS so I guess getting the val players to play cs would never happen anyways. TLDR; Not likely the very best of both games going against one another but Radiant players got beat by Ascended (at most) with cs experience it seems like.

though this is a valorant channel itd be so much better to do this on cs2 for a number of reasons whether you like to admit it or not, valorant is a competitive game aimed at a casual audience, i work an absurd amount and yet ive still found the time to peak at least immortal 3 on 3 different accounts, 3 different servers I was placed bronze 3 and when i hit ascendant for the first time my winrate was sub 50%, that is to say i lost more games than i won and still climbed. my csgo peak was global elite faceit 9, i never got to 10 because i was 14 at the time and i basically had to pick between long nights of gaming and study, i chose study. the difference in difficulty when it comes to climbing is tangible, it took me so long to even hit global and even longer to get to faceit 9, its harder because you cant hide behind abilities or even grenades, it comes down to just raw skill 99% of the time, if you die theres nothing to hide behind most of the time, its just that the enemy played better and was generally speaking, better i said ive been immo on 3 different accounts, what i didnt mention is one of those accounts, i was duoed and we exclusively played post plant lineups. we went from a placement of plat to immortal in only a few hundred hours. no skill involved, just looking at another monitor to make sure the lineup is right and we hit immortal. you cant do anything remotely similar in cs. because valorant is aimed at a casual audience, the skill ceiling was lowered with RNG, random recoil, abysmal first bullet inaccuracy on top of the hit registration issues that have plagued the game since its beta if you know anything about valorants early days the only rifle was going to be the guardian before they started creating the game for a casual audience, the guardian to this day has no first bullet inaccuracy multiplier, this is where the infinitely memed term "precise gunplay" was coined, because it was going to be precise. lowering the skill of one side and padding the other sides skill gap with abilities does not make for a remotely fair comparison and despite that, the globals still won, punching way above their rank. top 500 my ass

Top 1% of Global Elites vs Top 1% of Radiants. The Global Elites 7/10 times will have better aim due to the biggest CS mechanic is AIMING but still the Radiants would win due to Valorant not just caring about aiming but also game sense, ability control and still very good aim. Also strafing is different and Global Elites would have to compensate for the slower strafe when aiming which could lead to hesitation when peeking.

Played val first. Took on cs. Val’s harder. The use of abilities for example. You have to know what each character does. The lineups, the sound cues and team composition is essential. In cs it’s the basic utility like every other fps. Simple mechanics. Yall just bad at val

Find the best players on third party platforms instead such as faceit, global elite rank is similar to level 7/8 faceit, find some level 10s with 3k elo, People need to stop associating match making rank in cs as meaning they are good players because they really aren't 😅😅

now these valorant players won't survive a single map in cs against actual cs players.. they have no lineups for smokes, pop flashes or mollies to clear holding angles on site. they have no concept of anti-flash or pre-firing to get an advantage over the defender. mechanically, cs players are also better than valorant players. both games are great but valo really made a lot of the required abilities very easy to execute whereas in cs, it will take a support player hundreds of hours of memorizing line ups for retake scenarios.

Uhh global elites are very far from the top 1% csgo players which are the players in faceit and if these top 1% valorant players couldnt even beat these global elites then theres no way in hell they would even win 1 round against top 1% of players in csgo

I play both game , cs is more hard to play than valo , valo is ez game for me than cs , yup even valo have skill but the gameplay is more ez and more calculate than cs

You also could've done the only utility used are grenades/flashes because then the CS2 players could've come from their community. And you also should do the same but in CS2, like a Bo3 and coin flip decides the game for game three if there needs to be one
