That Iron Man looks freaking awesome. This is a great list. I’m more into military figures and can’t wait for the Patriot Force 4” and 6” Kickstarter this spring. I’m also hoping new Star Wars series bring new figures..SOON!
NECA Strongheart was a shocker for me. I wasn't expecting to get it let alone like it as much as I did. Really fun figure and really highly possible which I don't necessarily think of when I think NECA. Also, now I HAVE to get a Cabal shirt for Alf!

I have the Mk50 with the full accessory kit and it is SO DOPE. I think it makes top 10 list for all 1:12 figures that I own. That Mk7 looks 👌🏾 Great video as always. 🤘🏾
Animals Chianti hand candy points WELL DESERVED. I didn’t think I’d buy one ever, got it in hand at LACC, was blown away. Had to buy it. I stripped off all the armor so it’s just a cool monkey. Amazing 🤩
Love love love the rating system!! There are some figs on the list I really really want! And then there is Alf... I am gonna waste time here. Before my father got sick(the BIG C) I was having a convo about all the pop culture/literary stuff we missed. It was all for the most part semi heavy. Then my Dad said, you kbow what I miss... No, what?... Alf, he ate cats etc. etc. We both laughed for a good long time. I miss my dad and I regret not picking up an Alf after he passed.
I like the notta toys Sun Wu Kong. That one is awesome. I love mythic legions figura obscura, but their monkey king didn’t seem that good. Harder to pose with their limited articulation. Solomon Kane is awesome. Mezco and NECA had a bunch of great entries this year. There were some new companies and lines also.
Awesome list Bill! Some of my favorite figures inculde: Hot Toys TMS079 Cad Bane, SHF Indiana Jones, ThreeZero DLX Iron Man mark 7 (I also got mark 3 this year but I believe that figure came out in 2022), Star Wars Black Series Ahsoka Tano (Padawan), NECA Prey Feral Predator. Of course can't forget to mention the 2023 LegionsCon exclusives....Vorgus 2 and Wal-torr the mad two pack. One disappointment was the SHF Obi Wan Kenobi Darth Vader figure; it's a great figure all around just little things hinder it.
Honestly my top figs from 23 are the new street fighter jada figs.. definitely the best "hand candy" for me this year. I have not gotten a lot of these figs on your list tho.
NECA did have a great year. I love that ALF figure, too. I have no attachment to Sun Wukong, but I picked up both The Masque of the Red Death and The Ghost of Jacob Marley. The latter might make my top 10 for the year. Anyway, thanks for sharing your list!
Very happy to see the AWOK figure so high. Couldn't agree with you more. They really are amazing, and definitely what I reach for when I just want to play with some toys.

Seeing you had a Son Wu Kong, I thought you would also have Furay Planet's animal figures. I think many will put the Furay Planet 1/12 Tiger Hermit Old Man (Blade Master Weng) as the best figure of 2023. What's not to like? It's a tiger martial arts action figure with great accessories.
It's a great figure, but to me the sculpt and paint is a little soft, and I just don't find myself messing around with it too much. Just sort of a cool looking figure at the back of my shelf.
I got Alf and Phantom of the Opera Casey Jones for Christmas and both of them are in the running for my figure of the year and that's saying something cuz I also got Mezco Crow and SHF Chainsaw man
I got the Mirage Turtles set... Still MIB mind you because of how difficult they were to find. Gotta be a grail. Got em online before they sold out and never found them in the store.
You have some very weird and niche choices. You're missing some absolutely phenomenal releases this year like the Limtoys Joel and Elllie, LingJiHun Pacific Rim diecast Crimson Typhoon with lights up and actual play features, Amazing Yamaguchi Hawks (best figure with wings ever made), etc.
@@DorkLair lol, attention to detail yes. A $20 figure that should be $10 or less from the least interesting Star Wars property no. That said you had a lot of other intriguing picks that are sending me shopping so thanks.
Definitely Sun Wukong is my #1 as well. Also that Chunari Legionary is in a place of prominence on my desk.Some of the rest of your list is on my wish list. Nice review!
