Following the trend. A little late. This is the top 20 Artists I have in my collection. I said April. I meant March. I posted no videos in March! Ya’all know I don’t edit my videos. Maybe I should start?
I find Dolly fascinating. She's an outstanding musician and songwriter but it's how she can bring a lot of interesting phrasing and inflection to her vocal performance while still staying on the note.
It’s not only her songwriting and musicianship. It’s her humanity. I think that’s what drew me in at such a young age. I’ve been lucky enough to see her live several times and she’s just as incredible live.
Wow, my anniversary was this month also! Maybe I should make a video. My first one was April 19, 2020. I'm envious of your Beautiful South collection. Haha, I have a dance remix of that song with the person saying "If Madonna calls, tell her I'm not here."
You have a stellar collection. 🏆 I was thinking u might surprise us by having a lot of def leppard or something. 🤣🤣 i'm glad u didn't. ☺ I need to get that bootleg DM
Those first three Tourists albums are classics! I do have that Luminous Basement on Japanese CD but it is a shame that Annie and Dave won't let the Tourists albums be properly reissued in expanded form. They so deserve it.
Knew it was going to be Dolly but pushing 80!!!!!! Incredible👏👏👏 Not sure who I have the most of on vinyl, but likely The Everly Brothers and it's no where even close to your Dolly collection.
B-52's can do no wrong. Good luck finding an original pressing of the Cure's "Disintegration" I'll actually take "Kiss Me" and "Standing On A Beach" over "Disintegration". Dolly Parton is one of the greatest country/gospel singers of all time. Keep on working in the free and world! But rokkin' is funner!
