There are almost no actors like Walken anymore - a guy who has serious acting chops, is a commendable comedian and can dance like few others. He’s so incredibly talented, and I love the fact he’s still married to his one and only wife after almost 50 years. Loves cats and is a big animal rights activist. What an awesome guy!
@@CatherineSTodd Don't know yet, but my husband and I have been together for 33 years. I've never cheated on him and I would wager our next mortgage payment that he's never cheated on me.
Christopher Walken is my favorite actor. Grew up watching this man in movies and TV. I wish we didn't have to grow old. Thanks mojo for walken me through memory lane.
Couldn't agree more! He is a talent beyond talent! There is no other like him...he represents old school Hollywood where acting wasn't enough! Your cup had to runneth over with amazing talent and indeed he possesses these great talents! I can think of no one who possesses these talents any more....all the respect in the world to you Mr. Walken...always and forever!
The fact this one came out on Walken's birthday is just perfect timing. There's no one that can dance along quite as well as Walken, he's extremely gifted.
Christopher Walken is very different. He is a one of a kind. I love the way he talks. I never knew that he could dance until I seen him dance to Weapon of Choice. I was in shock. I was out of America for 10 years and came back to this.
Christopher transcends all definitions of what a movie star is. He is a quasar! His light burns intensely. May his light burn forever. And more Cow Bell, please.
Some of it is talent, and some of it is training. I've seen him talk about how his mother sent him to dance class every Saturday in hopes that he might someday be able to get work on Broadway. Apparently it was a common thing for moms to do in his neighborhood.
@Dana Carpender you are so right talent and training make for a perfect match!! That's why he's so good. Talent and training for his dancing. But all talent for his great acting!!!
I have adored Walken since my teens, 40 years agp, and then I had to keep telling my friends who he was & to trust me, they would know. He would be big. So great to be right. 😀
Christopher is a total heart throb. I love you Chris. You're a world class entertainer and a damn good looking guy. Too bad I wouldn't know what to do with a guy who can dance.
He also did some dancing with Sissy Spacek in “Blast from the Past” but “Weapon of Choice” was the right pick for #1...genius mix of music with Walkens style 😎
Seeing Christopher Walken in the "Weapon of Choice" video for the first time is one of those memories that has stayed with me clearly for many years. I've had a bit of a crush on him since I watched "The Dead Zone", but I had no idea he could dance like that. The song choice, and his physical sense of humor and grace are so much fun to watch.
@@susananderson5435 There's something about him in general that's attractive - I liked him before I ever saw him dance. But I gotta say, there's something about the way he moves his hips in this video that's incredibly sexy and playful at the same time.
Him and his wife are both in the entertainment industry, his wife is a cast director. She helped form the cast of "the Sopranos". Georgiane Walken. Michael Imperoli gives her props in a podcast
My favorite of Wallenberg is from SNL “The Continental” miss it still and of course “I gotta have more cowbell, I NEED MORE COWBELL!!! He is one of the greatest!! Doesn’t take himself seriously. 😻💃🕺🏻👅
OMG !!!! I Didn't know that Christopher was so Multi Talented. I have always admired his acting. now i know that he can "Bust a Move". Weapon of Choice dance .......... BRILLIANT !
I suspect John Travolta and Christopher were trying to figure out how they could get away with dancing together and then the Hairspray idea came afterwards... :)
I love Christopher Walker as the Angel in Madonna’s “Bad Girl” video......... that is such a great video, I watch it often! And Madonna’s “killer” is smokin’ hot....... !
Too bad they can't show the opening of the first SNL episode after 911. Walken did Nat King Cole's Let Face The Music & Dance at the end of his monologue. He blew everybody away!
Walken went the opposite way most actors do. He demonstrated how great he is as an actor in movie epics and then showed that he is great as a comedian and dancer
One of the great ones of a lifetime. I have always loved and admired him for years and years 'cuz I just turned 71 and that's a long time, or so it seems. ✨🌹🙂↕️
I always get the impression he’s happiest and the most comfortable doing song and dance. He grew up taking lessons as a Broadway kid in New York where you had to do singing and dancing. I truly think it’s his first love. It’s of course in great contrast to the roles he’s usually cast.
