Even though Arch doesn't have a dealer network the engines are S&S so literally any mechanic that works on a Harley can work on an Arch so that's a pretty weak argument.

Talks about Buell but doesn't talk about the XB12s, or EBR's. Night and day compared to the old Buells. The 1125 and 1190 EBR are championship winning platforms and super affordable, and you can still order an 1190.

The info in pertinence to Victory is incorrect. I work at a Polaris dealership and we work on Victory. Sourcing oddball parts for older ones is a task, and parts in general are in a finite supply. But we certainly do troubleshoot and service them.

Victory wasn't purchased by Polaris, who also owned Indian and they didn't make bikes in the 80's. Victory was Polaris' home-built effort to compete with HD from the late 90's. After the umpteenth Indian iteration went under (or almost), they bought the name and, over a couple of years, brought out a unique machine. The future opportunity was in that indian name & Victory got the axe.

He also said the Streetglide was H-D's cheapest big bike but believe that accolade belongs to the Electraglide Standard or RoadKing Standard. And can't agree with his idea that the Scout is Indian's most true to classic style what with that car radiator hanging off the front.

Really? When I passed the msf last month I came out with the realization that I wanted a cruiser. I’m a younger guy (under 18) and had only liked riding naked and sport bikes so the msfc was a real shocker for me. Other than the atrocious turning and lean angle that the bikes offer, I found the comfort to be well worth it! Picking up a c50 within the next month or so and couldn’t be more excited. Harley is a no no though

I guess maybe most your audience aren’t Harley fans but I think you guys need a m8 softail cuz I feel like it’s what a cruiser needs to be. Big dealer network and lots of aftermarket parts. Fast enough for a cruiser. I don’t need any more tech than you can get from one; Heated grips, Cruise control, ABS.

I own a 99 Buell X1 Lightning. And I 100% absolutely LOVE THAT THING. Most fun and addicting bike I've ever ridden. So glad I bought it. Wasn't even really looking for one. I just wanted a naked sport bike. Was actually leaning towards KTM 790 Duke but then saw a beautiful Buell near my house for sale with low miles and decided to try it. Way less money than KTM! I'd still love a KTM someday...but damn I can say I have no regerts with the Buell. Definitely a head turner big time. Like seeing a unicorn trot past. Supposed top speed of 140ishmph. I've gotten it to 115 EASILY with much more in it. The super short wheel base just gets a bit sketchy at those speeds. Not made for that. It's a rural road corner ripper which is exactly my favorite and most common riding.

Victory had a great bike right before its demise, the Judge. I loved that thing, and still do every time I see a photo of one. I'm not even much of a cruiser fan, but that was one hot bike.

Hey man. Im not one to subscribe, but i subscribed to your channel based on some videos I saw of people trash talking you. I had no idea that others, like DDFM, and others, were that insecure. Im a new rider and watched hours and hours of your videos when I first started out. I still do. Success brings jealousy. I lost a lot of respect for those who trash talked you. They also had channels that arent nearly as good as yours. Keep up the good work man. If youre getting hate it just means youve achieved success over others.

Man, this is embarrassing, the S3 made 101 HP and 102 ft lbs of torque not 66 ft lbs. Yes, it will wheelie coming into second gear. You can keep up with just about anything on the street with one, and it will happily cruise into the triple digits. You also forgot to mention EBR, both of their bikes make 185 hp, and top out around 180mph.

the buell xb12s is the best handling bike i've ever ridden to this day. you'll never know unless you ride one. the m2 and s3 dont even come close. aside from that, you missed all the good buells around 2010 like the 1125cr.

I had a 2005 Buell blast that I bought for $1000 from a Harley Dealership after the Street 500 came out because they didn't want them anymore for their training course. It was interesting to say the least, the 500cc thumper would actually bounce its way down the driveway if I started it and left it running unattended for any length of time. It was slow, handled terribly, and nobody knew what it was. still it was worth the thousand bucks because you could throw it around drop it it and not care because of it's plastic gas tank It had no dents or anything. Sold it for more than I bought it for and I was actually the original owner even though it had over 5000 miles on it.

I own currently 9 motorcycles ranging from vintage small 450cc hondas and 600cc yamahas even a 2011 Harley Heritage and an 2017 Indian chief, but from all of them, my Buell XB9 2009 for sure is the best motorcycle I've ever ridden, not the fastest, but sure is a hell of a fun ride, its the most fun you can have on a naked bike for the buck, its comfortable for long trips and has a ton of torque , its looks and engineering even for a 2009 bike are very ahead of its time even for 2021 standards

I've put 80,000 miles on my Victory riding like a drunk teenager. Great bikes if you're not concerned with resale. On the other hand a great cheap American alternative and the maintenance is super easy. My next bike will be an Indian Challenger for sure. I wish I could get my dream of a 300hp bagger but I don't have that kinda scratch. Lol

I honestly don’t know where the hate comes from for the Dyna. Mine has 6 gears, cruises for hours comfortably, I can tear up the canyons decently (not as much as a sport bike but it still moves well), starts up every time and is reliable, and doesn’t look like sons of anarchy puked on it. I know it has its place and purpose, but I really love mine. That’s your opinion that’s totally fine, everyone is entitled to that. Just don’t know where you’re basing things facts from.

Hello, victory vision owner here. You can still get victorys serviced at dealerships until 2024! Most of them just sell other Polaris products or already sold other types of bikes. The real key is knowing which one has mechanics that have worked on alot and know all the ins and outs, and neat little tricks built into the bike to save you time and money!

Example is does the mechanic know you can flash the computer on any 106 (maps from polaris) for multiple intake, exhaust, and cam set ups meaning you can avoid getting a stand alone fuel tunner!

Being a Honda owner I can agree there was just something not quite right about the Fury but Honda did improve greatly with the Sabre. Sexy like my curvy ex-girlfriend though the rear fender is a bit thick (and yes my ex had a thick rear too).

The Buell M2 was a horrible option to list, there's the entire XB line you could have chosen from plus EBR which is still in production. Yes we have no dealer network but we do have a cult network and these machines will live on! XB12Ss & XB12SCG owner rant over...

Yeah, no kidding! I mean I had a m2, 2 xb lighntings, and on my second Ulysses bit how the hell did this video end up with only 2 tubers on it for buells? I'd say the Ulysses or maybe the lightning long is your best buell for the money.

Buell can be serviced in HD dealerships. And for the indian, yeah, they're faster than Harleys, but here in Europe. They're also more expensive, service is a lot worse and no, they won't burn your boots, they only burns your butt. Last time i drove FTR, temperature of the engine went to 123 Celsius and i had to push the bike back to Indian... Also sportiest Harley Davidson was VR1000, not XR1200 :) And all HD big twins since 103ci, has 6th gear.
