She was banished, she came back and saved him and everyone… she was lost and Daryl found his way to her… she was broken and Daryl fixed her piece by piece… she’s lost all her children but she still got Daryl!
#2 He walks away, only to look back and come fast back to her, to give his 'goodbye' hug.... It's hard to imagine this not meaning anything. Despite everything they've gone through together, and other relationships they may have had, it's undeniable the feeling in this gesture.... When one returns to say farewell and hug you close.... It's cause they love you.
If they had a siblings or mother/son relationship as some comments are saying, they would have stated that in the show. After all they have had no problem identifying Rick and Daryl as brothers or Daryl and Connie as family. Carol and Daryl have never called each other as such. Carol is something else to Daryl. She is his person in every sense of the word
Your right about this. They constantly state in the show the different relations Daryl has to people. They don't with Carol. Well, except of course when Negan calls Carol Daryl's girlfriend. That's another talk for a different day though.
@@ishiptomuch8914 exactly! And daryl ‘joking’ saying ‘it’s a date’ to Carol in 11x14 makes me think that the writers are trying to shift the fans perception of their relationship.
Yeah, I have thought about this too. You are right. They would have used those words if that was what it was, but the word «sister» or «mother» have never been used for them in the show. The words «best friend» and «love» has been used, and we all know that, that won’t limit anything from happening😉😘 #bestfriendstolovers #manifesting
@@winniebuff Yep. Didn't we know that from very long ago? That they are the best of friends has been obvious for a long time. The level of trust and dependence they have for each other shows it. The thing is that the situation is just like @Kvikk Lunsj said. When people fall for other people, they tend to do so for someone they know very well and are close to. In other words, falling in love with a friend is super common, and with the past and history Daryl and Carol have, that would more than likely be the case for them. Norman has given a lot of interviews saying that his character would never feel for someone he didn't know in a deep level. Carol not feeling romantic love for the partners she has had in the series, I think shows that is probably also the case for her.
I really hope they end up at some point in the series, its okay if they are friends for now but i just hope they can be something alot more because i love them so much. I want a bond one day like theirs.
I started watching the Walking Dead with my mom. All though I only seen 2 1/2 episodes of season 1 and watching clips from RU-vid, I can tell that Daryl and Carol cares about one another, even in the toughest of moments. I saw the clip of Daryl telling Carol he loves her before leaving, and that warmed my heart. The point I’m saying is I want them to start a romantic relationship, and spend the rest of their lives together. Even though they’re not a couple, I still ship them. Daryl x Carol (Caryl) forever! ❤️💕❤️💕❤️💕
Broke my heart. Daryl never have anyone. Not his father, his brother. Any friends. Even when Carol attempted to get closer, He said hurtful things to her. To get her to leave. Because everyone always does in the end. So you reject them before they can reject you. But she never stopped. She was always there. He finally had someone he could trust to be there, Always. Through everything. When she left, He felt abandoned all over again. The pain Norman Reedus was able to bring to the screen was amazing. It honestly hit me like a truck. Their dynamic was 1 of my favorite things about this show. Love me some 'Caryl'.
I don't think there's any romantic desire here. Not just saying this because of the age gap, but it's more of a parent/child relationship. Carol lost a child and Daryl obviously has parental issues, so they were drawn together from those feelings. At the beginning of their relationship, neither of them were in a place where romance was an option. They became family and that's how their relationship is defined now.
@@PaddyRoon7 No sorry, I couldn't disagree more. I mean perhaps they're just friends, but saying that it's a parent/child relationship is completely off the mark.
Nasty? You think shipping two single characters who quite clearly care very deeply for each other is nasty? Are you ok? Were you dropped on your head as a kid?
@@moonchiId. Bro did I fucking ask if you did, in the 11 seasons they have been together they have not once made any romantic moves towards each other, people can be just friends in shows. Not every show has to be a secret romance
Entonces dejen de mirarse así con tanto amor. Me desespera eso no se ve en una amistad por muy buena q sea. ❤ ❤ ❤ amor verdadero porque se conocen demasiado bien
#1 I love how Daryl just runs up and doesn't wanna stop hugging her. And everyone else is just slowly walking over smiling, it's like WELL OKAY THEN! LOOKS LIKE DARYL IS THE ONLY ONE HAPPY TO SEE ME ! 🤣
My favorite hug was "the cinematographer ships it" I loved that scene when it came out in the show to. I think at that point it was still my favorite hug. Edit: Hey I've done the "no words can express my love for you." I did that with person I'm in love with. Wait a minute...
@@itsmellmorons7148 for Daryl's spinoff series, Carol (Melisa McBride) was originally supposed to be in it, but she needed time off from acting, so unfortunately Carol will not be in that series. Hope this helps
Their relationship goes far beyond friends, they have been fighting together for years. Daryl knows Carol's pain in not being able to be a mother in the long term, protecting her son, just as Carol knows Daryl's pain. Daryl doesn't touch other women like he touches Carol, the tight hug, wiping her tears, holding her chin... With Leah it was sex and a dog, with Connie it was just care, but with Carol it was respect, love, emotional support and loyalty. The feelings of both, especially Daryl's, evolve before our eyes, they don't stay together because it would be too painful if one of them died. In episodes like: · Sophia's death. · Daryl's shot by Andrea. · Carol being the only person he cares about saving on the farm. · Carol being locked in solitary confinement in prison, weak and hurt. · Carol's expulsion from prison and her return some time later. · Carol's dream of raising Henry with Daryl. · The episode where Carol talks about her sister killing the other. · Daryl understanding Carol's body language. · Henry's death. · The book about abuse that Daryl took in his bag on a round with Carol. · Carol taking and talking to Daryl about the domestic violence protection center. · Daryl always seeks Carol's exclusive opinion on his evolution as a person. · Daryl exhibits nervous behavior after adopting Henry. · Daryl gets confused about keeping a rabbit skin in his backpack when Carol says good morning to him. · Daryl's jealousy of Ezekiel. · Daryl asks Carol what she sees when she looks at him and she answers “You”, because unlike Henry, he is alive and with her. · Ezekiel notices the relationship between the two during the group’s trip. · Daryl never denied his shoulder or hug for Carol to sleep or cry. · Carol leaving Alexandria. · Daryl’s displeasure when Carol pushes him towards Connie, while they watch the whisperers. · The double chestnut that Daryl received from Carol and kept. · He is unable to directly blame Carol for serious mistakes. · Carol being the only woman in the TWD universe to receive an “I love you” from Daryl.
eu acho muito engraçado quando tentam definir a relação deles como mãe e filho ou como melhores amigos, a quimica e o amor tá ai só não vê quem não quer! caryl 4ever
