Thanks for watching guys, hope you enjoyed this video, remember it is my opinion so if you disagree with it let me know why and what team but don't get angry! Instagram: @TheRamsCorner Twitter: @TheRamsCorner
Tranmere Rovers fan- Our support is class for the leauge were in and our numbers are too,ive done some ground hopping too,Brum fans first from what ive seen x
No idea how Barnsley, Forest, Derby and Norwich have better away fans in terms of atmosphere than Preston, I am a Birmingham fan and Preston were the best fans we have had down St Andrews all season!
Brewer From Brum true lol just a bit of banter. Burton is my favourite away day. Nice to be on a terrace for once instead of cutting my shins against seats
Don’t want to sound biased but I am a 10 yr old and go to loads of away games and we always sing no matter if we are losing are winning only thing I would change and keep up the good uploads
For all the sheff Utd fans commenting and others that are viewing this now I made this based on what I've seen myself and I've never seen sheff Utd Away support myself so I didn't know how good you lot are but if I made a new vid I'd of defo put you in top 3
That's a fair comment. The Blades are new to the Champs. All I know is that to be sure of a ticket for an away game one needs about 30,000 loyalty points to get one. At MK Dons last season, which is a wonderful stadium, we were allowed 7500 tickets. All were sold. TBH Wednesday get a huge following as well. Sheffield is now a football City. If only both teams could get to the Prem it would be great for the City.
I think you've lost the plot pal...and a Ram. Last week 2500 Cardiff fans went to derby in the snow, derby fans could get to the ground, too dangerous for them that snow, so called it off. Barnsley in top 10 and no Cardiff. You need to watch "don't sack Malky Mackay" video at Anfield where hundreds of Scousers stayed behind after the game just to watch Bluebirds singing don't sack Mackay. Getting Liverpool fans to stay behind to watch you sing, that's away support.
I'm not sure what these teams were judged on to compile a top 10 in that order. However, all I'll say is that the championship is full of teams with great fans. Do we really want to be in the premier league?
i have a question (sorry for my english). why fans like wednesday or birmingham are sitting at home games in the curve and don`t sing and then 4000 people traveling away sing and make a great athmosphere ? i do not understand this. by the way, i am fan of grasshoppers zurich since 34 jears
It's the same for most clubs here. Going away is a totally different experience than being at home. It's more of an occasion and fans are much more supportive of their team. Seating has killed home atmospheres.
My selection would be (not including my team)- Leeds 1. Sheff wed 2. Millwall 3. Sheff Utd 4. Forest 5. Cardiff 6. Norwich 7. Derby 8. Bristol City 9. Wolves 10. SOTV. Great shot of Keep Right On in there.
Most of the northern clubs have a lot of away fans but cant show how many would. turn up due to some clubs only given them 2k or 3k at best ..mind you leeds took 57k down to cardiff when there played watford a few years back but Newcastle and sunderland always bring to most away fan to leeds then both Sheffield clubs followed by villa Birmingham boro the others can argue between them selfs whom brings how many...so if u traveled up down to leeds on a skateboard thats why why u haven't made the top 10 away fans.
You don't fill you ground, you don't take many away, if you do get a good crowd the tickets are usually free, and most of your fanbase comes from the Valleys which has a limited population.Dicksplatt
Norwich are the scummiest inbred excuse of a set of fans I have seen and can only chant at Ipswich when they score. Derby are the best home fans I've been to be fair and I've been round most
I’m a bolton fan and my dad lives in reading so I go to home of the macron and majeski and Norwich have been the best fans at both them by miles, smoke Grenades and loud the whole 90 minutes
