I've started a RU-vid channel exploring food in Vancouver and around the globe. Let us take you on an adventure to find some of the best eats all around!
My name is Stephan and I am based in Vancouver, BC, Canada... I was born in France but then moved to Canada very young. Growing up as a kid, I developed a strong passion for food through the aromas of my Italian, French and Canadian family kitchen. As I grew up, I had the privilege to be able to travel to many places which further cemented my inspiration and passion for food around the world!

If you haven't been to East is East yet in Vancouver I highly recommend it! Super unique and delicious food, and the restaurants are beautiful. I recommend the Main street location

Should not have been able to get that giant burger rare, it's not allowed under provincial health rules ..all ground meat dishes - burgers, meatballs, kofta etc must be cooked to medium to prevent food poisoning, even if they grind their own meats... I am a Vancouver chef, and have had my food safe since 1988... And you have to re-certfy every 5 yrs.
