maccy jones for me it was the first game with an amaZing story that really got me, also i loved the brutallity in the game, i enjoyed it more then anyother, and it has alot of golden memories for me. Thats why i like it so much
other great live action trailers: infamous second son god of war ascension playstation "Michael" prototype 2 Zelda manjora's mask super mario sluggers doom 2016 smash bros 64
Halo 3 ODST is not just the best live action but greatest short film, game trailer whatever else you can think of , of all time. I alone have watched the trailer a thousand times. Always gets me going
Very glad to see the Halo trailers finally get included at the end, though I'm not sure if i would of picked one of the 'believe' trailers that used the model depicting the epic battle with the brutes that sadly never happen in the game instead.
My personal favorite is the Rainbow Six: Siege trailer staring Idris Elba. It was really fun, fast-paced action, and lots of the character's outfits were represented and showing off some of their unique play styles/abilities.
While I am surprised that Farcry 3 wasn't a little higher on the list, I am proud of the #1 being ODST. That trailer always stuck with me out of all the Live Action Trailers I have seen in the past.
I loved the way he said that directly , yeah people still saying that videogames are not art , but yo its just a matter of time , we are the best just wait some years than u guys will see how games are going to be the revolution ! I mean bro did u played the witcher ? If u did u agree with me that this game. Of some chapters is 100 million times better than gale of thrones that have idk how many shitty episodes !
just gotto say, i know it wasn't a trailer specifically, but the live action short of Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon is probably the best live action adaptation i've ever seen made of a game
Not necessarily true. Since usually videogame movies are developed separately from the titles they're based on. Rarely do they affect development of the videogames themselves. Both Tomb Raider movies were mediocre, yet the franchise is arguably stronger than ever right now. Maybe it was declining in the '00s when the movies came out, but I'd attribute that more to tired gameplay and uninspired stories than to the movie's development.
I think that 7 Days To Die had a really good live action trailer. It shows the person surviving zombies progressing through the days until day 7 when the horde comes
I remember freaking out seeing the Shangri-la trailer when it came out. Good times. But the Black Ops live action trailer was great. And so were The Replacer videos. XD But the number 1 spot was well deserved.
I can't believe that the resident evil 6 "cries for help" trailer isn't on this list. Igives you the impending doom as all semblance of civilization and order as the horse grind humanity to the brink of extinction comes closer. The looks of parents looking at their children, powerless to stop their impending doom. Children, not understanding the horror that will claim then, trying to comfort their parents fears. Hauntingly devastating.
For a while i was like "why wasnt the division's opening trailer on here" then I realized it wasnt live action. It just looked so frickin good i thought it was
