Agree. I'm German, but the USA anthem is easily very good, but the craziest bunch of people who just wants attention comes out to sing it, and it sounds different every time. Unless you're a native American, you don't even understand what they're singing, cause they sing the lyrics in their own style and make it basically their own song in the end, which is very, very disappointing. Most of the times it doesn't even sound good. I'll never forget Fergie during the 2018 NBA all Star game in LA.

I think the national anthems of the U.S.A. and U.K. are the best anthems. Fun Fakt: I'm german... but our anthem is in my opinion on the sixth place.

The funny thing about that anthem is that they sing about "Germany united fatherland". It doesn't make sense to me, why are that lines in the anthem of the GDR? Did they consider the GDR as whole Germany or did they claim the FRG also as part of their territory? I know that in the constitution of the FRG there where an article said that they want the reunification, but did the GDR have that will as well?
