Outside pockets are the most useless things ever made because tools can easily get lost or stolen. 99.999% of sites don't have asphalt, so any bag will lose its wheels within a maximum of 2 years, no matter how strong it is. It doesn't matter how durable the bag is if the wheels break. The most sensible solution is to buy the cheapest bag, as it will last the same amount of time as any other bag due to the wheels wearing out.
