I love number eight, the Chesapeake IV. I would make a few tweaks, like the paint and flooring, but I love the layout.

In the first home I am not a fan of all the wood on the ceilings and in the wall treatments. It is too dark. Not a fan of the darker colors coming back in. I also would have to have a tub in the master and a fireplace in the living area. I noticed a few models did not have either.
