I have RCX 4.5" with the RCX header I bought from these guys based on their recomnendation. They sound fantastic and look tough. Deep exhaust note, loud enough to hear it but I can still hear my stereo. Highly recommend this set up and West End Motorsports.
@@charlesspidell1447 No they don't Charles. You may not like them or they may not be loud enough, but these slip ons all sound different from each other, never mind stock.
Iv'e got the Cobra NH with S&S headers in the rear. The gear drive cams change the sound for LOUD! That and a new S&S big bore kit. The cams though definitely make the pipes a lot louder.
I can't help sayin' most of these remind me of when I was a kid and I used to attach a clothespin with a piece of cardboard to my bicycle forks so the cardboard would get hit by the bicycle spokes. Most of these sounded terrible. Of all of these the #8 Bassani DNT sound the best to my old hearing impaired ears. I had a set of V&H Pro SS Competition 2>1 on my 120R FLHX and the V&H sounded better than any of these 10 of these sets.

Great video as usual. I’m installing a set of TAB BAM STICKS with Zombie baffles on my 2019 CVO Road GLIDE tomorrow. I can’t wait to hear how there are going to sound with the 117 M8 motor.
K. Cimoli Please report back. I’m thinking of putting them on my 18 CVO but worried that the Zombie baffles will be too loud. I’m thinking of getting the 2.5” baffles but worried they will not be much different to stock. Decisions decisions 😀
@@bav114 The 2.5s are definitely louder than stock, but probably half way between stock and the zombie baffles. The cool thing about the tabs is that if you did get the Zombie baffles and found them to be too loud, you could always swap for the 2.5 later.
Dave Bavister I had the same worries when deciding on which baffle. I went with the Zombies because I’m leaving the cats in. If I was going with a cat delete I probably would of went with the 2.5 baffles. I was not nervous going with the zombies because if I thought they were to loud you can order the 2.5 baffles for under $100.00. That being said I could not be more happy with the zombies. They are loud when you want them to be, but when cruising at any speed they are quite. Crack the throttle and they come alive. Pull the trigger you will love them.
Cobra neighbor haters, is that with STOCK head pipes or aftermarket? I’m seeing mixed reviews on them. Some say not much louder than stock M8 mufflers and others say they are way louder. Can only watch so many RU-vid videos to get comparisons they are all starting to sound the same lol
That is with aftermarket headers. Keep in mind that outside of the Boneshakers and TABS with zombie baffles, almost no mufllers are in the "pretty loud" range on a stock header. If you want loud and want to keep the stock header, those two should be where you focus. That's why they're our top two best sellers.
I have the Cobras on my '18 bagger with stock header to keep the warranty. I can switch back to stock in 20 minutes. They are loud enough when you put on 800 miles plus in a day.
I just bought a 2019 Road Glide Special 6/1/19. If I install Cobra NH on stock headers do I need a heavy breather or a re-mapping? Secondly once I am ready for full stage one upgrade what head pipes do you recommend? (I was thinking maybe V&H Power Duals) BTW I live in Las Vegas if that makes a difference about the mapping or tuning.........
With just slip ons you don't need to do anything else. We recommend the RCX Tormentors, they performed better than other headers and the design is very clean.
I was surprised they didn't make it, but I think the problem is that they have too many part numbers. We don't sell one number over and over again like we do with these other mufflers. The High outputs and twin slash were just outside the top 10 range for us.
Hi, i just purchased a 2019 Streetglide Special and as you know, the stock sound is garbage. Im just trying to get a little deeper rumble to be heard with just a pair of slip on mufflers. I plan to do myself to save some money and dont have much knowledge about Cams and Headers thst you speak of; but learning. Just to get started, can you suggest just a slip on for now with upgrade possible in the future?
Sorry Gary, but we're not running anything with no baffle and neither should you. If you want a straight pipe sound that still performs well and doesn't destroy your performance, the TAB zombie baffle is basically a small diameter straight pipe. It's barely a baffle.
I have the Rinehart 4" on my 2014 Indian Chief and they sound so much better than the Harley, i find that to me, a Harley always sound like it struggles to stay running and sounds like it wants to stall, i just dont like the sound of a Harley and the Rinehart's sound so much better on my Indian
Everything in this video besides the Rush pipes were done with the RCX tormentor header pipes. It's the only way to tell how the muffler actually sounds at full potential.
WestEndMotorsports seeing Harley dealerships are always pushing screaming eagle street cannons it’s strange to not see them on your list. Also it’s obvious you had a cam change to elevate the potato potato sound.
On a 19'street glide special, what would be, in your opinion, the best headers to maximize the noise potential with TAB BAM's? I want to go that route. Lead me brother. Thanks!
We run the RCX tormentors and that's what's coupled with them in that video. They are far and away our best seller with the TABs and the feedback is always very good.
@@WestEndMotorsports MIKE i was the guy that spoke to you about 2 weeks ago about switching over to the supertrapp off of the tormentors and i have the tab zombies. I switched over, i think the sound is better and louder, not much but maybe just a bit. with a powervision tune, you were right, i was very happy with my supertrapps.. Ride is great and didnt lose anything. ill let you release the info soon enough. really appreciate the great advice. love the new setup and the look of the stock shields now.

I just put a ss475 cam on my bike and the Zombie baffles literally doubled in volume. I had to run the right side as zombie and the left at their 2.5 louvored to keep the headache away when riding...
They're coming. We're waiting for a prototype headpipe from one manufacturer who has been dealing with some delays. One more manufacturer decided to send us a 2-1 so that video will be delayed a bit. Plus we want them all to be new and fresh in the spring when people are really shopping.
