Hello everyone, today I want to share with you my list of top 10 best sports anime that you should definitely watch. I love sports anime and sport anime and I have seen almost all the anime sport there is. I made this list of top 10 sports anime of all time, specifically the last decade. But don't worry the list contains a lot of new sports anime even sports anime from 2022. The past decade has brought us a lot of amazing sport anime series and I am very sad that I cannot watch these series again for the first time. These sports anime are in my opinion the best sports anime ever, at least of the decade (or in 2022) ,so make sure to watch the anime that interests you and also please let me know what you think about the list.

I shall say this: Haikyuu is the best sports anime. It inspired me to do something that I didn’t know much about, and that’s really all anime is, right? Influencing viewers to go out and try different things, but also to entertain them. I am currently a freshman in high school and I’m saying this right now; I will be the most dedicated to my craft in volleyball. I know I can dive for more spikes, dive for more serves and feints. I know I can adapt to my surroundings and serve exactly the way I wanted to serve. I have to utilize that, though, or else my talent will be nothing more than just everything else. My goal is to be a professional volleyball player.

I never understand why people like kuruko basket. Its just so ridiculous. But I guess, if you watch it as a parody of the sports-genre then it could work :O

There are other amazing sports anime, you can try Ashita no Joe(boxing), Chihayafuru(karuta), or some lesser known anime like All Out(rugby). Eyeshield 21(american football) is quite long like 150 episodes-ish. Overdrive(cycling) is one of my favorite but it's older. Hope you will enjoy something. I have a second video about underrated sports anime there might be some you haven't seen.

Prince of tennis, kuroko no basket and Eye shield 21 theme are the same.. hahahaaha when the story start it only has a sports, school life and comedy genre then later on all of a sudden supernatural was added but over still good anime/manga

There is one anime like KNB and its name is HINOMARUSUMO,, The sport is different but (SUMO) but don't worry when I started this one I had no idea about SUMO and I thought it a boring anime but like KNB it has a lot of hype. A lot of comebacks and setbacks. Prodigies like Generation of Miracles and great music and backstories. Trust me that is the only anime that can go toe-to-toe with KNB.

I think Ace of Diamond is great anime but the way the story depics the MC is little bit of frustration for many people unlike any other sports anime MC like Slamdunk, Koruku no Basket, and Haikyu who shows tremendous and excellent development for the MC. BTW, I still have big frustration over "Major" anime also whos MC is totally over dramatic because of too many injuries and little bit of arrogant in characters even though it can give some inspiration for many viewers and readers but for those serious and looking for fun for the stories to develop I think the first 3 that I gave is the best and Haikyu is the #1 sports anime so far. However Ace of Diamond and Major which are great but in terms of the development of the MC I don't think they can get near in those 3 I mentioned.

Haikyuu and kuroko aren't in my top 10. Just don't think they're that good compared to ace of diamond, ashita no joe, ping pong, slam dunk, ippo, major, chihayafuru, one outs, run with the wind, yowamushi pedal etc

For Me Hajime no ippo is # 1 character development on every character including the antagonists. Plus i may be the only one that finds KNB overrated, I think Slam Dunk is a whole lot better.
