Thanks, I am now even more convinced, after hearing all these silly buzzwords and seeing all the highly contrived clips, that I do not need a tablet and that I would not benefit from getting one. You have just saved me a significant amount of money.
i have laptop and a tablet. it is asus vivobook core i7 8th gen and ipad mini 5, now i want to upgrade my laptop by selling my ipad. In long term use, its not very important to have a tablet, or you can just buy a laptop and a tablet too, like lenovo yoga, dell xps, hp x360, it is outstanding performance laptop. laptop will never be replaced by a tablet (due to professional laptop/pc user). but if you are an artist that can spending your hobby, or professional editor music or photographer with your ipad it's okay. i just want to say dont waste your money just for prestige, lifestyle, etc, buy the things you need most.
Tablet cannot replace a laptop, especially for power users. But can be used for simple tasks like browsing social media. I realised that I can connect an input device (electronic drawing pad) with a stylus to my PC and draw just like on a tablet; even better. They're cheap; $10 - $70.
@@kenjinishi9722 How does the Ipad air 3 beat it? What tablet do you recommend? I'm looking for a tablet/ maybe computer for college. I'd be thankful if you responded any help is appreciated :)
The Pixelbook Go is not a tablet! Excellent as it is, it is just a light and very neat laptop. Some of the clips show the original Pixelbook, which is not the same thing at all.
The key issue for a lot of people is the OS. If they are used to using a Win notebook / laptop as desktop replacement, then switching over to a tablet running Android might not be so agreeable to them (although I would argue it can be done--that an Android device can replace Win, although it's more like using a Chromebook).
Understandably, the manufacturers now mostly make the desirable laptops (read low weight) with non-upgradeable parts and limit the lower priced models to 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD. This in effect forces the buyer to pay lots more money for the higher spec ( which you might not need) in order to get 16GB RAM and 512GBSSD. Then, when they introduce newer models, guess what? They suddenly overload the older lower models that they couldn't sell with 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD to make them attractive. If you think I'm hallucinating, just do a careful scan of laptop selling websites.
Thanks for the great Video. If you can’t spare time ,at least someone please let me know : Does the android tablet and laptops have the provision to make folders/files,to open them and to copy/ paste, and do right click etc. as you have in windows laptops ? Thank you so much.God bless you.
I recomend a surface pro 7 i5 or i7 edition sonce they are both 10th gen and are really powerful. The other windows laptops on this list are still really good if u want something cheaper. Also this dude is just copying the ads odk if he knows anything.
@@flick.youtube Yes it's the best for note taking and Onenote. The S Pen is Amazing and you can rest your handpalm on the screen while writing. Samsung Dex gives you a desktop experience with multiple windows. It's not for heavy use of Photoshop or Lightroom.
Here I am still using a Samsung tab S2 64gb almost 3 years old and still working like a gem. I paid $400 something for it. They're all good. It's just a matter of personal preference. To me, there's not a reason to justify plunking over $500 for any of these tablets.
I do not have any money to buy those tablets. They are freaking high in technology but the money of my family is not high in its value so I can not be able to buy those tablets. I will just dream of having those things. Maybe someday, I might be able to acquire one of those high tech tablets.
Tablet plus add-on keyboard usually costs a couple hundred more than a quality Chromebook 2-in-one, and the Chromebook gives one better security than Dex or Android plus a full desktop experience when using a browser or apps. The Google "Go" featured in the video is one of the more expensive Chromebooks out there, but the form-factor is attractive. A modern Chromebook will run Android apps, and also supports a Linux container for running Linux apps, including image / video editing and Integrated SW Dev Environments (IDE). I've used Chromebooks for five years now - very happy with their power, portability, security and performance.
these commercials make me desire to buy one of them, that's y congrats to sales departments of these companys, but actually if u dont have backbone problem you dont need any of them. i recommend to buy ultrabook or notebook instead of tablets. only pros of tablets are the light weight and a bit better battery life. if you are ok only with these pros u can buy weaker and more expensive tablets compared to notebooks
@@shahmohamed9147 you can buy it without any doubt!! i am getting considerably good performance! but the battery life isn´t good enough! (keep it on your mind)
This could never happen... Because tablets are developing NO DOUBTS But laptops are also developing much faster than the tabs😊😊So tabs cannot replace laptops at all...
The Acer Switch 7 Black Edition link to Amazon is NOT anywhere close to the price you quoted in this video. Your link takes you to a model on Amazon that costs $1800??
This is one hard video to watch. By this, I mean to try and listen to what is being said with that awful foreground music is terrible. What are you thinking? Background music? Nah! it has to be foreground music because it drowns out the speaker to the point that I am at the 2:21 mark out of 18:44 and I am trying to make sense of what is being whispered. Am I a bit ticked? Nah! A lot. Now I have to backtrack to figure out if they are still talking about the Galaxy tab s6 or did they go to another tablet when I blinked. What a pain. I may just give up on this vid. When will people learn that background music is supposed to be in the b a c k g r o u n d !!!
MS Office complete is chargeable in IPad Pro and is not free !!!! It may be applicable for other tabs as well !!! Pls mention this in Yr video and in Yr. reviews also, ......
Those are called 2-1, or Convertibles. The surface pro line are technically tablets since they do not have an attached keyboard, but they are marketed as both for an odd reason.
good, if have 11-15" display,keyboard,1TB ssd, wlan, bluetooth, android, less than 120€ i buy. and peoples buy lot.but if have ower price than 130$ anybody not buy.
Dem man yah can chat fuckry eh mon. The only thing can make your work efficient is a laptop! Can you open two word documents at the same time side by side on the tab s6?
Electric I have both devices and I finally find that the surface pro is more useful. I no longer use my iPad Pro for studying. It’s really a good device for playing games.
Vikram Kumar yes. The Surface lineup are all windows tablets, and the Acer Aspire from my knowledge is a windows laptop as well. You could also look at laptops from Lenovo involving the ThinkPad branding, almost every thinkpad is well built and has windows OS.
