Hello, I remember wearing Vans back in the "80's Such a timeless shoe. Now I'm 50 years old and they are still going strong. So many memories in California. Thank you for the video.
I honestly LIVE in vans, and can say, the SK8 lows are by far my favourite. They are like old skools, but less narrow and more causal fitting with less eyelets. I really think they need to be included in the next vans video. Not many people realise how much more comfortable and atheistically pleasing with the red label, they are!
Missing the half cabs on this list. Maybe because it's not an "outfit" snkr, but for skating i believe it is the best vans shoe. I love my knu skool, wich i think is the pretiest shoes vans had ever made, and it feels so good in my feet with all the cushionning.
Vans are definitely one of the best sneakers of all time. They are extremely versatile since it can be used with so many different styles and outfits. I need to get those trail shoes to go hiking and camping!
If you want the most comfortable pairs of all the classic models (old skool, sk8 hi, slip on, etc) buy the pro skate versions. Cost a bit more, but such a better made, and more comfortable shoe.
one thing i am thankful for is Vans' sneaker prices staying so low for so long. where i am from, even converse sneakers have become outrageously expensive but, here, even after years of beating my old skools and eras until they fall apart, i can still walk into a store and get 2 brand new pairs for the equivalent of 100 dollars.
To people saying vans are uncomfortable, i suggest trying the stuff with pop cush(they're usually under the skateboarding tab on the website or those with checkered tags). I've never bought any regular vans after I tried a stuff with the pop-cush insole(previously i think it was called ultracush or something). Plus, they also are a bit more durable than the regular ones.
@@tengerdeer i think the comfy cush is another cushion of vans. If i remember correctly, the comfycush seems a bit thinner and flattens quicker. The cushion on the pop cush lasts longer and has a firmer(but eventually softens more as u use them) feel.
@@naughtpointfive I love them, needed something that I could take out in the rain and light snow, so I got those. I half-sized up (since normal Vans lows are a little tight on me in my TTS) and they fit perfect. They're actually pretty comfortable as far as Vans go, too.
authentic were my first pair & its probably what's synonymous with Vans for me (the most) however, slip-ons are easily an icon for Vans, imo - so both authentic & slip on
My Favorite has to be the slip ons! i just bought a pair of gray/blk checkerboard! i love them! i want to get some sk8-hi's all blk and a pair of old skools for my collection! Great Video!
It’s funny that I came across this video.. I literally have a pair of Knu Skools in my cart right now but have been waiting to pull the trigger on them bc I wanna try them on 1st lol I’ve always worn vans throughout my life but these reminded me of how we used to stuff an extra sock on top of our foot to puff up the tongue back in high school 🤣
So far have the in my Vans collections I have the all Black Sk8-Hi , old skool gray and white low cut, hairy suede Navy Blue and white low cut , the checker board black and gray slip-ons and the all black slip-ons. I'll be collecting more Van sneakers.
I love vans I have I have maybe about maybe 20 something pans most on the list that you had except for the ones I looked like the Nike dunks like my my favorite vans are the ones with those shoelaces the strap ones. I have two pair of white ones the prison ones.
Would love to see a video of specific vans. While I appreciate talking about the models themselves, I feel like it falls out of line with what generally people talk about when they talk about NIKE or new balance, etc. For example, the Trophy Room Jordan 1 low Instead of just Jordan 1 lows.
this is for the europeans, if u wear for example size 45 and you want the new school, go for 46 just one higher its gonnd be perfect quite literally off the wall.
