I once witnessed a real fight, not staged, in my porch, a praying mantis vs a small cobweb spider. I didn't think much of it thinking the mantis would win and went to bed, the next day I woke up and the mantis is in pieces in the web, I was shook and impressed.
Crazy how humans will fight for 15 seconds until one gets tired or runs away, but with insects the moment they make eye contact they've decided one or both of them dies tonight.
The sound fx team are having a field day. The noises assigned to these silent bugs are both ridiculous and hilarious. The odd yowling big cat, the growl of wolf and the whole thing sounding like an alien attack 😂
i think it is over the top...what do we learn the bigger bugs or the one that attacks 1st and lands wins...only one of these "wars" was close...most are one sided.

When I was really young, maybe 7 or 8 years old, I would go on Prime Video and watch Bug Wars and to see all of these very amazing battles once more, actually brings tears to my eyes. I’d like to say “Thank you” to everyone who worked on this show, this is the one show that made me fall in love with the Praying Mantis. Seriously, Thank you.

Yeah, but common sense should had told him not to do that.
