I'm so glad you made this video. I've never invested in any citrus freashies because they've NEVER lasted on my skin. Thank you for all the recommendations.
Hi Mr. Steven. How do you wear Batito de Ali in the warm weather? I've tried it but it's so sweet & syrupy that I can only wear it in the winter without choking everyone out
Great topic. Would have loved to have seen the incredible Floris Limes on this list !! Truly one of the most unique fragrances from a citrus perspective.
Burlington1819 to my nose is grapefruit and cuminy musk for that BO funk. Dont get me wrong, i love it. 6 hrs of citrus goodness which you know cant be done unless its well blended. Amazing fragrance
While every other RU-vid “influencer” publishes a “best of” list almost every day, to post one featuring LONG lasting citrus fragrances is a public service indeed (especially rare ones like these!). This is definitely a “keeper” for me! 🔐 Thanks, Steven! 👍🏼❤😊 (Surprised you didn’t mention either “Cedrat Boise,” or “Sicily,” from Mancera. Then again, Mancera gets PLENTY of attention already 😉).
Yes, Steven! Another fantastic list and I couldn't have agreed with you more, especially with Le Labo Bergamote 22. This one is my absolute go to summer fragrance and I too get great performance on my skin and even more so on my clothes which can last for days!
@@Redolessence lol, thanks for the reply, but I was being facetious. I'm not shocked it was wasn't in your list. It's the cologne issued to Marine Corps recruits. It had a variety of uses, including mixing with water and used as a utility/cleaning spray or sprinkled on boots to mix shoe polish back when we still had black leather boots. It's probably not a "top 10" citrus cologne, but it was the first citrus cologne I was exposed to, as an 18 year old and some 20 years later is the first thing that came to mind when I think "citrus cologne".
@@ExecutorCR for a citrus, the performance is very strong. It's complex and starts off with a bright Amalfi lemon that never fully vanishes but the vetiver, tarragon and lemon grass definitely come into play
Burlington's initial blast is great but the drydown takes a funky turn! 😕 for me Louis Vuitton's L'immensite is one of the longest lasting citrus scents 🔥
Hi Steven, warm, literally, warm regards from the 80 degrees Costa Rica. What an amazing recommendation was The Key, love it. Let me suggest now Primas from Navitus, it performs in the sun incredibly, one of the best mass appealing fragances I've owned. A beautiful one I love is Blue Agave from Precious Liquids, that on a climate control environment lasts 5 hours, but under the sun it lasts up to 7+ hours, also unique and mass appealing. Xerjoff Nio is a beast, a beautiful scent that don't produce nose fatigue, super energizing. Finnally I love Acqua Universalis and Gentle Fluidity Silver if you want to go with a refine scent. Warm regards Lazaro
Hello Steven, great job as usual on the video and list. Mancera Sicily seems to last on my skin and I can smell the Citrus in the Fragrance. ACQUA DI PARMA PURA ALSO PERFORMS WELL ON MY SKIN. STAY SAFE BROTHER
Great list! The key is legendary. Lemon head candy in a frag. Nio is so smooth as well. Haven’t smelled some of these others but I have to sample them.
Just picked up a decant of Yuzu Fou! Still in the mail, but really interested to experience it. Anything with mint and verbena is awesome for the spring.
I had Aventus back in 2012 that batch was magical.. New batches not so much so I get it, Hacivat I’m not a fan either, brought a 15ml end up gifting it to my father, I think it’s the oakmoss that turns my stomach
If u can try to get your nose on Xerjoff Blue Hope.. A more recent acquisition of mines but I’m loving it. It’s not really talked about much but IMO it’s a banger
I just bought The Key by Navitus and I couldn’t really smell it anymore after like 4 hours and I’m kinda disappointed bc it’s Extrait De Parfum and I had higher expectations for it😔
Hey Steven loved the video, a little bit of an off topic question, this is regarding authenticity, I was flying out of jfk and bought a bunch of fragrances from the duty free shop, they seemed to be set up just as any bloomingdales with counters and displays, but I was reading that even in airport shops they can be fakes this was definitely a big airport shop in nyc jfk called international shoppes. I think I found on chanel that they were an authorized reseller, but I bought Dior, Chanel, Armani, what are your thoughts regarding authenticity, Im sure many others would appreciate your feedback. Thanks for all you do. RR
Great list King. I usually don’t put in my 2 sense because your always going to have one that’s not on the list. I love your list. Bergamask for me lasts forever on me. Great video. Hope your well King. 👍👍
