This video shows the countries with the highest tax revenue as a percentage of the countries GDP. The number may not indicate the actual tax rates of the countries, it is simply a reflection of the total tax revenue for the country. All taxes are included, for example income tax and tariffs.
Disclaimer: Territories are not included in this video, only the 195 UN members/observers as well as Taiwan and Kosovo.

Some sort of HDI-like index that includes inflation rates (may need to somehow include deflation that is a result of lack of market), people per 2011 PPP USD of GNI (reciprocal of income per capita), and unemployment rates

Isn't this really deceptive as taxes change suddenly and not daily over time? The tax should be one day X1, the other X2, so countries shouldn't have this slow climb/fall.

Tax rates will have sudden changes but the amount of revenue generated is based on the tax revenues of the transactions of that day

William Todd the inflation might be the reason 🤔. It can work both ways as when prices go up it increases amount earnt in VAT (sales tax). Then depending on how inflation is dealt with it could create a temporary boost. As normally raising taxes helps stifle inflation as people have less money.
