Ok, the John Romero Easter Egg was pretty damn terrifying - not his severed head on a spike or the demonic scream, but that Billy Ray Cyrus mullet of his.
For the Sonic one, it's actually supposed to be Madin, which was the nickname of a developer. But the background music was a mistake on America's part. The Japanese and European music was funky and upbeat, which was the intention behind the screen. And it actually says "Fun is infinite with Sega Enterprises". I'm a detail miner :)
going back to this video after YEARS and knowing almost all of the fnaf lore and seeing him comment on golden freddy is really funny, because by now Golden Freddy is such an established part of the canon and means so much to the story of the games. it's hilarious that he started out as a creepy little easter egg or hidden part of the game.
You missed a very good World of Warcraft creepy easter egg. In the Raid Instance, Naxxaramas. If you have your ambiance turned up when you enter Naxxaramas, you will hear people screaming for help. There is a towering boss named Thaddius, he's an abomination. Flesh composed from thousands of people, gathered and stitched to create him. Once you kill Thaddius, he strangely thanks you. And the screams that use to echo the halls of the entire hell factory... stop. Almost as if the people used to create Thaddius were still lingering, trapped. The screams of those you heard of people you rush to save... are already dead.
And could talk a little more detail about the Karazhan Crypts. While you explore, these empty halls, you will eventually stumble upon a dead end. With nothing but a hole in the middle of the room. Jumping down, you fall down a surprising long time. Landing with only an inch of your characters health left, welcome to the Well of the Forgotten. Taking in your surroundings you see you've landed on a giant pile of bones that have accumulated, and only exist under the hole you dropped in from. Had it not been for the poor souls that broke your fall, you would had joined the pile... to be forgotten. The rest of the names of rooms in the darkened crypts use names like Sinners. These crypts might not had been used for traditional burial, but more a means to punishing criminals.
Yeah, that was sad. I never saw that as an easter egg, though. I just encountered it on the way and saw it as part of her backstory. I think all characters you explore had some stuff like that.
I remember accidentally getting the Animal Crossing no face Easter egg when I was like 8 and I couldn't play the game for like 2 weeks after that. EDIT: Wow, I can't believe it's been seven years since this comment and I still get notifications about it! Are you proud of me now, dad?! Wherever you are at the milk store???
My mind would have melted if I had discovered that as a kid. I beat that game literally hundreds of times and never even heard about that easter egg, but always heard rumors of getting a new ending if you beat your father to the end of the tunnel. If I had just stumbled on that, I'd probably go into shock from discovering something new and so huge in a game I had played so many times, which had an ending which I would know meant the original ending never happened in this instance, and that fox never defeated Andros and never saw his father leading him to safety (real or imagined).
It was actually really sad star fox was lost and would never find his way home and that’s all he wanted he had no way to say anything no nothing so he just had to keep going and try to find a way out of space I couldn’t get that sonic thing out my mind today I don’t care about all that stuff all I care about is sonics face but that last one was terrifying it was the cries of victims from the head crabs controlling them it has a really dark meaning and the animal crossing one was just terrifying no explanation needed but I will give an explanation your character died and now your character is a wooden figure all of these are terrifying and one of them is just sad like the milla children stuff and all that it was just sad I watched a couple of these so maybe one of these are from a different video sorry but these are very scary and sad there are 2 that are sad from what I see like the milla children and also the last one with the victim cries
Just discovered this guy, I don’t know what I was missing out on until I stumbled upon this dude, but he’s hilarious, and seems to lighten the mood to something that’s supposedly scary, I love it! Keep up the good work brother!
I remember when I played Starfox, I destroyed a certain astroid with a creature on it, then got teleported to a certain level where I faced certain bosses. This only happened to me once. Can't remember much though.

You should have included Rattmann's rambles from Portal 2 in Test Chamber 17. When go up against a specific wall in the hidden Rattmann den you can hear him talking to himself pleading for help. It freaked me out so much I was paranoid for about a month.

I started playing Animal Crossing for the first time last month and I got that same town layout, one bridge at the very top left, the other at the bottom middle of the map. At first I just thought it was supposed to be that way, since I didn't know that the game generates a unique town layout for each player. Not very fun the run around the entire map just to get to the other side.

I actuallythink the gta 5 one was inspired by this one old story. It's about a man and his loving wife, the man was a samurai but wasn't allowed to be one after he had something. He wasn't happy anymore because he didn't have much money, his neighbours daughter liked him and she was rich, he was an asshole and wanted to marry her, but he needed to kill his wife. First he tried poisoning her, her hair fell out in some areas and her eyes filled with blood(btw she was pregnant). She fell into a coma but woke up, she was hearthbroken when she found out she lost her beauty and her baby. Her man took her to her favorite spot and pushed her of a cliff. A few weeks past and the man was going to get married soon, yet the face of his dead wife still haunted him. She apeared in a mirror, so he shattered it. She apeared in a lantern so he shattered it. On the day of his wedding she didn't show up once. During the marriagehe went to kiss his new wife, but it wasn'this new wife he saw, he saw his dead wife. So he drew his sword and killed her, afterwards she turned back into his new wife. He ran away, the wedding guestsrunning after him. They ran to the cliff, and some of the wedding guests saw a woman push him of.

So Gyroids are based of statues buried with the deads. So everytime you dig up a Gyroid you dig up someone's grave. And since Gyroids seem to be everywhere, it safe to asume the Animal Crossing universe is filled with buried corpses. Happy happy fun fun.

Near Undercity there’s a lake with a small island. If you go in the water you can see a crashed plane, and when you go to the small island you’ll see a skeleton with a sword going through its chest, near fishing supplies. That always creeped me out. And don’t forget about Darkmoon Faire, if you run around as a ghost you’ll see other npc ghosts running around, not to mention the rabbit with blood around its mouth.

I find the animal crossing one scarier then the half life one. Maybe its just that I knew about the half life one and not the AC one, or maybe because HL is already kinda dark and AC is all around super happy. I actually have trouble believing the AC one. Google can fix that xP
In psychonauts I always took it as she could hear them crying for help as they died because of her Telepathy powers and it was the memory of those telepathic cries of pain and suffering that she locked away which honestly makes that part that much freakier.
Or Resetti killed The player and gave his stuff and bells to Tom Nook then went on a ten year vacation until Animal Crossing New Leaf takes place and he turned the player's corpse into Lloyd.

Okay, old video I know, but I wanted to point out something about Milla's Memory Vault in that level of Psychonauts. It's not that she's "haunted" by the images of the orphans burning, it's implied that she can hear others thoughts-- similar to Raz, so she heard the cries of the orphans in her mind, calling out to her, but unable to help them.

There is an Easter egg in Minecraft where when you go to the top/bottom of the nether and ender pearl repetitively in Creative mode, there is a chance you go to a place where only bedrock is and you cannot move unless you use an ender pearl. If you go to the edge of the " boarder" and manage to place a boat (this used to work) ; when you get in and then get out you go into the void. But if you fly, it looks like a cube that is incomplete with lava. I hope you read and enjoy :)
@@craftykit2242 lol ikr i know this. actually i glitched 4 to 5 times. I got a mod which would send me to nether and ends or back to the minecraft peace world. everytime i teleported to the nether. i would always step on a bedrock.
