NO HANS NO BAD GUY WATCH IT ON YT FIRST HANS LOOKED SO INICENT AND KIND UNTIL WHEN KRISTOPHE INTROUDOUCED ANA TO THE TROLLS THEY THOUGHT THEY MATCH AND DIDNT WANT ANA AND HANS TOGETHER SO THEY PUT SPELL ON HANS HE BECAME EVIL AND THE VILLAIN IN THE MOVIE WERE THE TROLLS DONE
My mother is literally addicted to the audiobook. "Leg den Affen weg!" ("Put the monkey away!" or whatever Naveen says in the original) is an insider between us. XD
Actually, even their actual first meeting was hilarious. The way Naveen tried to serenade this pretty waitress and how she snubbed him made me laugh, too. Makes you wonder if they would've gotten together without the whole voodoo fiasco.
Excuse me, but Anna and Hans are not a couple, because he’s the bad guy he’s not a prince he’s a Royal pain, I mean he may be a handsome prince but for a future husband and future king he is a selfish jerk. Why? Because he left Anna to froze to death, he didn’t really love her, he was just using her to take over Kingdom of Arendelle. And because he wanted to take over Arendelle he was trying to kill her sister Queen Elsa! And in the end And in the end he was banish from Arendelle, and I don’t know about you but I wondered what is 12 big brothers think of his behavior.
@@juliekimondo2508 I still ship them, they would be better couple than Anna with Kristoff. Generally, motive with Hans changing in bad guy is so stupid. It just hasn't sense
@@dakotahrednour5245 Where there is smoke there is fire. It's implied that his brothers treat him like dirt! Perhaps his brothers are just as rotten as he is. For all, we know Hans could be the nice one of the family.
I know, right?! I thought I was the only one who thinks that Hercules it's sooooooooooooooooo underrated. I don't know why sometimes Disney acts like this movie doesn't exists T-T
Excuse me, but Pocahontas and John Smith's meeting is the best portrayal of love at first sight in Disney history. Possibly in cinema history. Not a word had to be spoken between the two, and yet you can see from the moment he lays eyes on her, he's entranced and they are connected. Not to mention the animation was gorgeous and the score for that moment really set the scene. Everything about that meetcute was perfect.
I agree but maybe because they actually never ended up as a couple that they took them out of the lost. But that waterfall scene shud be at least top 3
I mean I actually kinda don’t get where he came from. It never says if he was invited to meet with the queen or was just leaving or anything, and then the scene just cuts off to queen ordering the hunter to kill her. Like this dude literally only appeared for less than 3 minutes.
An absolute joke that Pocahontas and John Smith's first meeting is not mentioned at all. Their introduction to each other was so powerful, yet simple. Not a word even had to be spoken between them. And the animation was beautiful, as was the soundtrack. Whomever made this video mustn't have seen Pocahontas because that omission is just too glaring.
Yeah, I'd say Aladdin and Jasmine deserve to be at the top. Probably one of the most realistic "love at first sight" (or at least really big crush) encounters. I mean other than the thieving part. Small moment of "wow, this person's pretty cute" and then some conversation followed by instant connection. Anyone can think someone's pretty, but it takes more than just a pretty face to develop the first stages of attraction. Not always that quickly, but it can happen. Though Aurora and Phillip, my grandma says, best shows how she met her future husband. They met at a dance. Their friends introduced them to one another. Then Grandpa was about to leave, but something in the back of his mind told him he should go back and ask that girl to dance. Grandma was surprised that he even liked her, because she'd been thinking the same thing. They'd been married ever since. (I know, sounds more like Cinderella but Grandma gushed a whole lot more at the "Once Upon a Dream" sequence)
Jasmine and Aladdin's love had a foundation of lies. Maybe they divorced off - screen.(Jasmine divorced with Aladdin, and gave him the half of the kingdom.)
@@heedo3655 they would never! Besides, it took them another movie and a TV series before they got married in the 3rd movie! And Aladdin more than made it for his lies! STOP HATING OR IMMA PUNCH YOU!!!
@@abbylifewithlove hello, that's my opinion. If you want to punch me, you may be in jail. Hitting others(that too woman ) because of just opening my opinion could be disastrous. Shut your mouth and read community guide lines of RU-vid.
Most of them are, the only one that I can think of at the top of my head that is in the same class is Snow White and her prince, Aurora and Philip, Ariel and Eric (in theory).
Pocahontas and John Smith's first introduction should've been #1, or at least mentioned. Their encounter was so beautiful and powerful, it's something you don't see Disney do at all, it was beautiful! 💜🌹🌞🦋
Are you kidding?! They literally have the most intense meeting, considering he almost shot her all because she’s a Native, not to mention the waterfall scene is so romantic. Also the melody of If I Never Knew You does play in the background, a subtle hint that they cannot be together. So mad it wasn’t even mentioned, like seriously? Especially when they can’t understand each other, she opens her heart and can magically communicate with him
ANNA AND HANS NO! i don't like how they met, i love how Anna finished him; pushing him into the water Edit: it was a very long time i did write this but yeah
The list is acknowledging romantic interactions though. And although that couple was a terrible mix, they did have an adorable introduction. Anna and Kristoff's was not that memorable and a little too cold. No pun intended
Florian, Henry (Cinderella) and Philip literally just serenaded their princesses because they’re hot. Florian kisses a who knows how long dead body and I don’t even know how he found her, Henry just sings a song and doesn’t even accompany the Grand Duke to recognize Cinderella, legit relies on a shoe that could’ve fit who knows how many girls (despite maybe it was enchanted so it wouldn’t fit anyone but Cindy) and Philip nearly gave up everything for a girl he spent 5 minutes with, but at least he had to defeat gender-bent Satan as a dragon. I agree Phoebus, John Smith, Shang and Naveen deserved to be in the top 5. Almost all of these guys almost died or sacrificed something for their girls. Personally my only issue with Shang is he doesn’t really do anything aside being Mulan’s instructor and doesn’t help Mulan not Ping after his men nearly crushed his hands under a lion statue.
Probably didn't make the list because we didn't see Nala and Simba meeting for the very first time. When the movie starts, they've already been friends for a while, and this list is "Disney couples crossing paths for the first time."
Anyone think the Prince is really creepy, random and totally extra at 11:50 😂 Snow White: “Today....” Prince: “TOOODDAAAY!!!!!” Snow White: WTF who the hell is this dude?! 😳 Prince: “Hello” 🤓
IKR? I can't believe they didn't even mention that movie! Belle and Beast's first encounter is probably one of the most powerful ones I've ever seen in a Disney movie! The only one that comes close would probably be John Smith and Pocahontas, as mentioned above.
When I think of Tiana's and Naveen's first meeting, I think of the moment at the end of "Down in New Orleans" when she brushes him off. Pocahontas and John Smith, Todd and Trixie (Fox and the Hound), Felix and Calhoun (Wreck- It Ralph), Duchess and Thomas (The Arisocats), Bernard and Bianca (The Rescuers), Lightning and Sally, Linguini and Colette (Ratatouille), WALL-E and Eve, and Carl and Ellie (Up).
Mulan: Would you like to stay for diner? Her Grandma: Would you like to dtay Forever?! **if my family** Me: **copies Mulan** My mom: **Copies her grandma** My dad: would you like to stay never?
I loved the meeting between Belle and the Beast! Defiantly not a romantic one but the most unique, interesting, and life-changing introduction. After all, it was the moment Belle sacrificed her dull life being stalked by the town's hero for the freedom of her father only to be imprisoned by a beast who she doesn't run from. Most other Disney girls would have screamed and run away in fear, leaving Maurice in the prison. But Belle just gasps and accepts her fate with the Beast with grace and a great sense of duty.
I feel their meeting is not as epic as the ones on this list and that their relationship further along is more important. Her final first meeting with Adam however...that was a good one :)
How do y'all not include John Smith and Pocahontas? When they first see each other and just stare at each other it's so powerful. I don't get why Anna and that guy from Frozen are there considering they weren't the real couple of the movie. Should of taken them out and put John and Pocahontas.
Serif Musalar have you heard of the lion guard? a spin off show of the lion king.nobody talks about the show and ignores whatever happens as non cannon, so shhhhh dont mention the sequel that movie was awful.
Its so chilling, considering the tune of If I Never Knew You plays, a subtle hint that they can’t have a happily ever after. Really EVERYTHING about this scene is so magical. The fact there were so many animators just for her hair, and the waterfall scene is reflecting on his reactions, not her’s until she runs away. Also the fact their kiss scene also goes the same way, just backwards is epic
Tod and Vixie in The Fox and the Hound, Lady and The Tramp in Lady and the Tramp, Pocahontas and John Smith in Pocahontas, Bambie and Faline in Bambi, Belle and the Beast in Beauty and the Beast, Robin and Maid Marian in Robin Hood, Fix-It Felix and Calhoun in Wreck-It Ralph and Bongo and Lulubelle in Fun and Fancy Free.
0:58 she can cut *clean straight* with a sword, while over here barbers take 1000000 small cuts to make the edges perfect, mercy to Mulan lmao she has some talent
I don't understand why Pocahontas and John Smith are not on here because that scene was hella romantic because it stood out from the normal average kiddy Disney first encounter ( it was a mature Disney encounter) from the beautiful Misty waterfall background to the beautiful animation of Pocahontas's hair the music and the fact that there was no dialogue( the only dialogue was told through the facial expressions) it's like one of those rare moments when you're at a lost for words and just can't do nothing but stare💯💯💯 that scene still sends chills all over my body
It’s probably my favorite scene in the entire movie, it quickly went from a dark scene to pure magic and love. They were literally hypnotized by each other. Honestly my favorite part of the ENTIRE scene is probably after he puts his gun down, I ALWAYS get chills when he enters the water slowly coming closer as if he was going to invite her in. I mean the very millisecond he looked at her is pure love, and he’s not sure how to react as to not scare her away. The fact there’s no dialogue until she runs away is also hypnotizing, though I find it kinda funny when he tries telling her he isn’t going to hurt her, and remembers she doesn’t speak English, OBVIOUSLY. Though I’m kinda surprised when the spirits encircled them or when she says “My name is Pocahontas” he isn’t confused why she can all of a sudden communicate.
The fact is was DEFINITELY love at first sight is what makes it even sweeter. He KNEW he was supposed to kill her because she was a native, and he’s a guy that knows he’s hot and is undoubtedly a ladykiller, but you’d think he found a freaking goddess or mythical creature the way he looked at her. The fact he wasn’t even sure how to react as to not scare her away, putting his gun down so gently, and I ALWAYS get chills whenever he enters the water to get closer as if to invite her in, even taking his helmet off to show he isn’t going to hurt her, but when she runs away he doesn’t even immediately chase her, just calling out to her as if he’s unable to move, literally so mesmerized by her beauty he can’t speak or move
But yes the encounter was unlike any Disney had ever done. It wasn’t lovey dovey like SW, Cinderella or Aurora where they either sang or danced with a hot stranger. Ariel, Belle and Jasmine either saved someone or were saved, and no I don’t count him unable to kill her as saving her life. Nor was this encounter humorous or charming or a quick 3 minute scene. I count the actual start when she sees him getting off the rowboat as she doesn’t even look at his comrades, and the part Meeko almost blew her cover and she got terrified he either saw her or was about to was so cute, but kept following HIM anyway. The waterfall scene is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful, romantic and iconic and legendary scenes Disney has ever animated because how different it was from anything that came before. Heck it was so flaming hot even Hercules and Tarzan used waterfalls for their encounters too! The music is beautiful and majestic, especially those 5 seconds of the waterfall audio before If I Never Knew You plays, the characters are literally beyond in awe of each other’s beauty, especially him because she’s so beautiful his jaw literally dropped and especially the part he took his helmet off to show he wasn’t going to hurt her his eyes are screaming “Oh man you’re so beautiful” and when she ran all it took was 3 words to make it even more enchanting and beautiful as he doesn’t immediately chase her but pleaded her to stay as if he’s unable to move, but all he knew was he wasn’t going to let someone so beautiful go that easily.
Um...Tiana and Naveen? Their first impression was absolutely funny and undeniably cute. It should have been in the list instead of just earning an honourable mention.
Agreed, theirs should’ve been 1. It was so magical considering he nearly killed her just for being a native, but was hypnotized by her beauty, and especially when they can’t understand each other until she opens her heart. The waterfall scene is enchanting.
@@deborahobakpolo8651 uh, if Jasmine wasn’t hot I’m not sure Aladdin would’ve risked himself to step in. Plus I don’t think it was purely her beauty as to why he didn’t shoot her. To me, he hesitated as if he was confused to why this savage didn’t run or attack him. Plus technically he gave away he knew someone was spying on him, as shown with him glancing back and pulling out his gun to warn whoever was hiding he knew he wasn’t alone. Plus the point is his love doesn’t stem from her beauty, its all about how she proved him wrong about so much to the point he started arguing with his men about war. I know it’s technically a slightly small issue in the waterfall scene that “she was too beautiful for him to kill” I’m working on my own rewrite of Pocahontas and it is something I managed to fix, if you want to check it out :)
I agree at least Atlantis was on here. Kida and Milo are criminally underrated, considering without Milo Kida can’t read Atlantian, so as a result she wouldn’t have been able to use the heart either
Pocahontas meeting John Smith? Tod meeting Vixey? Tomas O'malley meeting Duchess? Esmeralda meets Phoebus? They were all pretty cute and funny in their own way. Deserved an honorable mention
TBH MsMojo needs to do another couple encounter video. I’m not kidding they deliberately went out of their way to avoid putting Pocahontas in the list because they KNEW she’d have to be 1, considering Pocahontas almost never gets above 5. Always Beauty and the Beast, Lion King or Aladdin at top 3. Aside Pocahontas, I would’ve said Thomas and Duchess, Mowgli and Shanti, Georgette and Tito, and on the list, NOT honorable mentions: Phoebus and Esmerelda, Tarzan and Jane, Tiana and Naveen, and Milo and Kida. Honestly Cinderella shouldn’t have even been on the list, considering we just see the prince approach her and ask her to dance, they don’t even say a word to each other (not counting the song) for 4 stinking hours!
I wouldn't exactly consider Anna and Hans' introduction as a Disney Couple Introduction. Not trying to spoil any details from "Frozen" or anything, but since everyone knows much about this movie, it's obvious that Hans wasn't the love interest Anna first thought she had.
I agree. Pocahontas and John Smith weren’t even on here, and I was honestly expecting them to be #1, but the only thing I can think of is they aren’t a couple in the end, which is a effing hate crime seeing If I Never Knew You is literally a promise to each other they don’t regret falling in love, and their love is eternal no matter what. Anna was almost killed by Hans 2X for crying out loud!
I honestly cannot believe that John Smith and Pocahontas aren't on this list. Their first meeting was probably the most haunting and beautiful scene in Disney's animated history. I get chills just thinking about it.
I agree. Honestly I was waiting for it to be #1!! I’m beyond pissed it wasn’t even mentioned or even in the opening or end. I mean the scene from she first looked at him to when she tells him her name is so magical. Personally I think my favorite part in the entire scene is when he first looked at her, he isn’t sure how to react as to not scare her away, the way he gently put his gun down, and especially I always get chills when he enters the water to get closer as if he was going to invite her to join him. And when she runs away he doesn’t immediately chase after her as if he’s unable to move, just simply pleading her to stay. Also when he’s trying to tell her he isn’t going to hurt her, but realizes she can’t understand him is so adorable but he’s patient as he extends his hand to her. The infinity symbol, and especially with the spirits creating a magical cyclone and he isn’t even freaking out put just standing there holding her hands.
I know! Its like their differences were put aside for one moment, considering each other were nothing like the other ever imagined. It’s such a heavenly scene
Irina Bazan 1. Because I like her 2. I was getting sick of Smurfette 3. Because my former RU-vid pal, Kitty Claus also had a female dragon in her profile picture (Note: She is from the same TV show as Cassie)
Aladdin is the best and should stay #1 on this list. “A Whole New World” is part of a top ten Disney love song list. And the way that Aladdin reacts when Jasmine reveals that she is the princess....is priceless🤣🤣🤣
Where’s Pocahontas and John Smith?? Come on MsMojo, why you stuck 2 couples almost no one cares about. I am surprised Belle and Beast didn’t make it either. Like they literally listed 16 couples and 2 of the best ones got excluded
I agree. I was expecting it to be #1. If someone were to ask me the definition of love at first sight, I’d show this. The way they looked at each other is so magical and ethereal, as if their differences were set aside for one perfect moment, especially considering they both were nothing like the other ever imagined. I mean the way he gently put his gun down was as if she was a mythical creature, and then she ran away after he tried to approach her.
