Ok you guys, I do like the video, but interesting editing when you show the wolf and then the eagle takes down a fox instead at 1:20 They are majestic enough, you really don't have to enhance them more than they already are. Thanks, it's still a great collection of hunting eagles with hawks mixed in for good measure. Thumbs UP.
He is just way too big to be fucked with by an Eagle ... hey dude, keep walking... I can't catch you up there mr wind but if them born you well, show yourself by landing here
Many of these attacks are from Falconry videos and, while still very impressive, not random shots. These are trained birds of prey used for hunting, a practice performed since 2000 BC. You can tell when you see the leather straps or "jesses" hanging from their talons which the trainer uses like a leash before allowing the bird to take flight and attack. Falconry is the oldest sport known to man.
I think eagles hunt their prey very wonderfully and intelligently. I also think that the hunting skills of predators flying in the sky are very unique. In this video, they utilize their own advantages well in hunting. For example, they descend quickly to the target and snatch prey that lives on land. The scene where eagles fly while holding onto a deer, despite the deer being heavier than an eagle, is very surprising. 10706
some of the footages are wolves though. And golden eagles do hunt wolves in Eurasian steppes (apparently only trained ones would do so when the falconer commands)
Living in a region populated by Black Mambas, Puff Adders, Boomslangs and Gaboon Vipers, I was always under the impression that a bite from any one of those is the worst case scenario on any given day. But I was wrong.
The Balance of Nature: Challenging Perceptions and Igniting Reflection. In the grand symphony of existence, mercy takes a backseat as survival dictates the rules. It's a relentless pursuit where every being must satiate their hunger to endure. Remarkably, these creatures transcend the confines of herbivory and carnivory, evoking curiosity and prompting a reevaluation of our preconceived notions. Let us delve deeper into the enigma of nature's equilibrium and embrace the profound intricacies that defy simple classifications.
I’m just wondering if it’s possible to bring down a Golden Eagle with a .22 air rifle? I can kill a rabbit with a clean head shot, using hunting weight pellets. As it’s a precision weapon, the bird would have to be perched and stationary. If I could get a clean head shot that disorientated it enough to bring it to the ground, I could always finish it off with a shovel.
You had better be joking when posting this sort of nonsense. There is something called the bald and golden eagle protection act. If you hurt or kill an eagle and get caught, it's a fine of several thousand dollars. Do it and get caught again, and you would receive an even bigger fine and face time in federal prison.
The bear was a bridge to far. The big fella looked like a bee buzzed him, no signs of him writhing in pain. That bird would hardly be a snack for the big him.
