I'm not a fan of either team, but I would definitely cheer for Florida if that happened. They would absolutely deserve a 7-6 season if they managed to get to 6-6 with their regular season schedule.

Their schedule is not easy but not impossible either. Texas Ampersand Meathead University has a very navigable schedule but it is not easy either but easier than Texas and others.

Technically, it depends. The only way they wouldnt is if 2 group of 5 chanpions are ranked higher. For example, a 9-4 Clemson is ACC champion and ranked #16. A 13-0 Liberty is ranked #12, and a 12-1 Boise State is ranked #14. Here Clemsom wouldnt get the bid.

@@Hskr4lifebut I bet the Big12 champion will be 9-4 or 10-3 and possibly get left out not ACC. Also Boise State is not going to be 10+ win team or win their conference most likely. Liberty could go 13-0 but I think a better option other than Boise would have been either Memphis at 13-0 or 12-1 or JMU at 13-0 or 12-1 as both combination of G5 schools would probably be ranked higher than a 9-4 or 10-3 Big12 champion. Florida State or Clemson or Louisville or NCST will all have 10 wins or more and The U and VaTech could finish strong enough for consideration. In the Big12 maybe the champ will be 11-2 hopefully but doubtful and they most likely will not get a second team in this first year of expansion playoffs.
