Well all I can say is....wow wow wow wow wow wow wow! Girl you did an awsome job on everything! But the turtle 🐢 at the end is my favourite! Your so creative! He came out absolutely adorable, and yes your son was right...the eyes made him complete! I really enjoyed this video. Thanks for sharing your God given gifts with us all. God bless you and your family abundantly in Jesus precious name Amen and much love from me too! ❤🙏✝️👑❤️😊😘😘
the bench was well designed and well made, good job on that. I didn't care for the dark stain, it actually made it look dirty, a lighter one would have been so much more summery and cheerful.
Kudos to you girl! Love that you shared some great ideas that, in the past would’ve been geared towards men only to do. But, you showed how easy they are for women to do as well. 👍🏼👍🏼
I love every single thing but the bird bath turned out amazing! I think the chipped edge really worked in your favor! You're so incredibly talented and I love that you share it with us ❣
I buy memory foam mattresses for projects. You can get a king size one for around $80. I even used one cut up with a paint tarp/drop cloth to make my dog a bed, because I couldn’t find him one that fit my 125 pound black Labrador comfortably. I have also used pillows to make a long bolster pillow, by putting 4 pillows all in one large pillow case I made.
This is awesome!! Thanks for sharing!! Tip: When building something such as the bench you made that has repeated gaps, find two pieces of scrap the same size as the gap you want. Then use the scrap pieces in between each board so the gaps are even and consistent.
That's beautiful! Here's a tip. Bed bath and beyond is ALWAYS throwing stuff away in their dumpsters, yeah they spray paint the outside of the pillows with red, , or slice it open, but they're clean and new -ish. Grab those, take the stuffing and make new pillows. I have memory foam mattresses and pillows and pillow cases and comforters and down comforters and blankets and a vacuum and shampooer and drink dispensers, pasta makers, candles, silverware.... All sorts of stuff they just throw away almost daily. Crazy. New to the channel, you've earned a subscribe from me! ❤️❤️
If you zip tied at first and then just cut the circle on the top open and filled it back you could have filled the whole thing with dirt and then just flipped the piece of fabric back or put a strawberry plant in the top
Try attaching a sun sail/shade to the storage building and over to the fence. Then you don’t need to worry about storm damage. you can even get the sails with solar lighting. They are a large triangular fabric shade designed to cover a larger space. Yeah, when you set that canopy up, I thought how that would never last in Kansas wind.
You make all your projects look easy...you have great ideas and make them happen! Your outdoor spaces look so fun and inviting 😊 ready for entertaining. Thank you for the watermelon rug inspiration and the five below suggestion! I always seem to forget that store. Happy Summer!!! 😎🍉🌻
On the strawberry planter. I would take some aluminum foil and make a small bowl and place in the bottom of the bottom bowl to hold water as a reserve so the plants can have a reserve of water doesn't have to be big or deep
If no one's told you today you are AMAZING (although they have, but I wanted to say it too). I can't believe your energy and your mind. I loved all your projects but I loved the turtle and rug the best. You are so talented.
I desperately needed to upholster my old chair cushions this year too. I got a colorful striped outdoor fabric from Walmart and it will be enough for 6 cushions. Total spent $56. the very same fabric was like three times more on Amazon
That bird fountain came out so cute! Admire your creativity and can-do spirit! I didn't discover DIY until mush later in life, so much better than store-bought.
My suggestion is, to build a table to use with your saw. You have very unsafe way to cut the woods for your projects. Always use safety measures when you do your beautiful projects, remember, no everybody has common sense. Thank you for you awesome ideas 🤗
Beautifully done. And you saved a lot of money! 🥰🥰🥰 Mary at white cottage company does wonders with using drop cloths for decor. I believe she washes them repeatedly until they’re soft.
Oh I’m glad to hear that! Just make sure to be safe and wear the necessary safety gear while using those power tools! Happy crafting! Have a great weekend! 💕☺️💕
The seat cushion would have been more durable if you had used thin plywood and stapled the fabric to the plywood, that way you can pull the fabric taut and gives you more support.
