If being stuck is a fail..then when I grew up on the dairy..we had a lot of fails. Might want to rename this to farmers getting stuck and unstuck. Never did see the tractor that was on the intro pic...guess that's why it's called " click bait"
In farming you can get into tricky situations and you do what you need to do to get out. If you're farming on wet ground at some stage you're likely to get stuck
Farming is a daily challenge working with tractors on many variations of terrain and soil conditions, crops need tillage, planting, cultivating and harvesting. Time is of the essence to get these things done.
Farmers have been dealing with difficult and unusual situations since the beginning of time before there was an Internet with somebody with a cell phone saying fail like that’s big stuff...
I used a turfer how many times to pull a tractor my dad got stuck. Other tractor on the job too. When I was a kid he when down a steep hillside on a Nuffield tractor, there was a lip on the bankside and he did a somersault with it, No cab etc, grandad said a few nice words to him. Lol. Al
The only "fails" I saw, were the designs of the T-16 tractors. Why would anyone design that with all the weight in the rear when empty. You'd either have to back up a hill, or find a different route to the top.
That first clip of the stuck tractor was absolutely scary for the two guys riding on the nose of it ... One bump could have ended one of their lives real quick like. Don't ever ride on the nose of a tractor or anything else like that in a situation like this ... It could throw you off and run over you before the operator could engage the brake/clutch
Yes what a perfect example of "what NOT to do". These "flunkys" were by no means "good stewards" of the Owners Equipment. They were just reckless "hired hands" that "didn't have A DIME in it". We should All ways strive for good stewardship & use wisdom. GBWY Brother.
The drunken / passed out Indians or Pakistanis in the back of the trailer at 2:20 made me laugh! (In saying that I hope the two were passed out and not dead. Maybe the driver was a local crime boss disposing of the evidence.)
Why is there no common sense? Scout your fields. Whether you walk it, take an ATV or UTV, scout the field. It surprises me the amount of idiots in muddy fields getting tractors stuck. I bet trying to get a jump on the season to make more money cost them more than they would have made in time, clean up and equipment costs. I heard of a farmer getting three tractors stuck trying to pull out one. He had to call a heavy recovery company. The bill was almost $8000. It had been raining on and off for a few days and wasn't raining that day. His reason? He was going on vacation in a few days and wanted to get some seed in the ground. Morons.
I'm 99% sure that these "tractor drivers" ,didn't have A DIME in these pieces of machinery. The "Owner's" hired these "flunkys" to do a job & never expected this "Pure Torture" would ever happen untill they seen this Vidio. Just a JOKE of Pure Distruction.
Exactly thats why theu didnt care. Have u ever been to a military surplus lit and seen the vehicles humveys dueces anything nothn but abuse by the kuds that have been let drive them no bullet holes no bombs just abuse if them kids who are driving them had there pay reduced they would think twice before destroying those vehicles tax payers pay for.
