@@PRANAV737 nope..Renfe won a contract to operate and run the line for 12 years. It didn't build it. Actual electrified tracks were laid by China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC) which was part of the Al Rajhi alliance. That's the most difficult part as it is in the desert! Trains were supplied by Talgo of Spain as part of Al shoula consortium. There were many others involved.
