This was a great video ( and all your series video's were great !). This is a fabulous list and it has made me even more hyped to read the series on there I haven't yet read/finished !

I meant to add this to one of your other newer videos, but your bedroom seems to have gotten bigger! I'm not sure how I didn't know you were a WoT fan, what a great thing to learn today. Without any quantitative analysis Dresden and WoT are my two favorites. One question for you, how were you introduced to GGK? Your passion for his stories really show through your videos so I'm curious how you got started there since I need to fit in some GGK early this year.

I've heard you speaking of Robin Hobb for ages,and being currently at 10% into Assassin's Fate I agree with every praise this series gets. It's unbelievable and I love it so much. It has become my second all time favourite series, only behind Lord of the Rings and above Stormlight Archive,formally second place.

I think you just bumped ROTE up my TBR. Dang I have too many books to read...

(I'm not gonna name the series in my comment this time so I don't spoil it for anyone. I don't have much to add about number 4. You are spot on with your thoughts. I have read the series 3 times but each time there were more books 😂. I want to read them again but it is so many books 😭. (I also enjoy the slog 😎) You thoughts on number three are the first time I have heard anything about his fantasy and I need to try them out. I will definitely check out number 2. I have been trying to figure out where to start with his works. I can't make up my mind. Honorable mention 1 is one of my favorites. I read them when they were new because I'm old now . I'm in the same boat when it comes to recommending it. It doesn't come to mind first anymore. Honorable mention 2 I love but I don't know if I will ever read them again. I love his writing and I agree with you about his characters being compelling but I just feel empty when the books are over. See my comment from part 1 about my wariness towards reading number 1. I will eventually give the first trilogy a chance. Keep up the good work!

Just started The Dandelion Dynasty and already enjoying it. Can not wait to get to the next books. Did you do a spoiler review? I’m curious to find out who your favorite character is after I’m finished the series. I read Realm of the Elderlings last year. And you were spot on! It is my favorite series of all time as well. I can’t wait to read it again one day.

Thanks for giving Wheel of Time some love. It seems en vogue to shit on it now, with about every book tube livestream I go to having a 15 or 20 minute segment dedicated to such.

Cats are generally disagreeable by nature anyway. Seeing as how The Sarantine Mosaic is the only series I've read on your list Jake it has to be number 1 for me. 😀 Dandelion Dynasty is on my wish list and I'm hoping to get to it sometime this year, but I have a lot of books to get through before I'll probably pick it up.

Your comment about how some writers make these cultural behaviors only apply to the NPCs and not the main characters - Steven Erikson did this with Lether. None of the POV characters care about money, but we're supposed to believe money is all the Letherii think about? It doesn't add up.
