I've heard Apalachicola is really good too. Honestly, fishing is pretty awesome everywhere in Florida. I fish the Amelia river and I catch Reds,Sea Trout, and Flounder. I release them all back into the water so you can come catch them too.
Pretty much, but definitely can still be hit or miss. I wouldn't go to the skyway pier, anclote pier, ballast point pier, etc. in the middle of the day or later on Fridays or the weekend. Too much crowd. RU-vidrs who have mad success on the skyway seem to go in the middle of the week (Wednesday & Thursday seem the best from experience and what I've heard, for more well known spots, well after the weekend/ gives them time to recouperate)
This video is actually really misleading in regards to #10 Jacksonville . Although Jacksonville does have great fishing , literally all of the footage was of St.Augustine, which is about 30 miles south of Jacksonville . Just so people don’t get the wrong idea. You can actually fish from Jacksonville to St.Augustine down the Intracoastal Waterway, great fishing and a great boat ride. Also some of the best offshore fishing in America.
