I’ve read that the chemical that causes popcorn lung is only harmful when inhaled and is harmless via ingestion. (Fun fact, though, that same chemical can be found in some vape juices. So if that’s your thing...look out?) In the leftover rice segment he only mentioned the increased bacteria production when food is left at room temperature (which, duh, is a breeding ground for bacteria). If you refrigerate it you should be fine. That’s what the fridge is for

There's like hundreds of better chocolate hazel nut spread recipes online though. If you're a child living with your parents and they refuse just throw the love guilt card out there. Either way you'll probably end up liking the homemade alternatives better, because it'll be closer to actual food than the actual nutella...it'll still be junk food technically though, but it'll be close enough compared to nutella.

Guys if you have table salt or any salt that you are not sure is healthy, a good replacement is pink Himalayan salt. It is the healthiest salt in the world, and it tastes the same as regular salt.

I'm allergic to spicy stuff and Dominican cheese(but I'm Dominican) but I love to eat pepperoni. it reminds me of beef jerky and Bacon had a baby. laugh if you want, but i had a big diabetes scare a couple years ago. i was in the prediabetes stage, and my doctor told me that if i didnt cut back on sugar i would be diabetic. so i cut out as much as i could and now im actually afraid of sugar. one good thing, when i cut out the sugar i lost about 25 pounds.

I had a college nutrition class that went over one of the good things about table salt: apparently there's some obscure mineral that is hard to find naturally in most foods (but can cause deficiencies if it's not supplemented in the average diet - sorry, can't remember its name), and to counteract this most table salt now has this mineral added in. It's not like much of it is needed either, but it's still interesting to note.

5:40 I use an air popper for my popcorn 🍿. My wife likes the microwave popcorn for its butter-soaked bags which perplexes me. But I’ll just melt some butter for her sake and drown it in the golden goodness. As for table salt, I use sea salt instead. I’m even tempted to go get some Himalayan pink salt just so I know what it tastes like.
