No more setting alarms for Clan Boss hits or paying currency to remove gear. I divorced raid for being too needy of me and my resources. Real life agrees with WoR and the rewards for the time spent. Glad you both are involved in this great game.
I did the same. Playing RAID started to feel like a chore instead of fun. This game is a lot more straight forward and challenges you to place units strategically without felling like its only a wallet suck. I started watching Ash's videos so I don't level up weaker units.
6 days in and im really enjoying the game. f2p and had some sweey luck, hit 3 leggos in 3 days, Elowyn, Valeriya and some other dude.. i have been following the story line quests and got hit by a massive road block, equip 5 legendary gear pieces on a champ. Gear raid 2-3 9n good enough farm, but GR1 im hard stuck, so chest/weapons i cant get legendary gear 😭😭😭😭😭😭. don't have any strong mages or AOE dps
@@MYMFreak i ended up adding 3 pages of friends. some accepted, some didnt. whatever. but of course someone had a strong dps i could lend and got through my hurdle
Raid can learn a few things from WOR. Actually enjoying this more and more. Been playing for two years and spending to. Horrible pull rate and with WOR already 4 legos in four days.
Doesn't it bother you that in 2023 wor has no auto complete or sweep feature ? That you can't do 10x fights at a time to save time. It seems like the mobile client is just super slow to do anything in game. Does it get better ? Eternal evolution allows you to sweep easy content, do 10 battles at a time and respects your time. This game doesn't seem to respect it's players time but maybe it gets better ? It just feels like playing in mud or this game is from 2015. It's why I originally quit the beta just wasn't a good experience
Been seeing this issue in some of your videos sometimes where the color is messed up. Like the color blue or green is gone. Dunno if its just me or not.

I'm playing both games at the moment. WOR is something new, but at the same time some elements are similar. I like that some areas of the game are completely different. I hope it will be developed appropriately.
Great video and always nice to see a Ash-CB collab! Not a fan of Tower Defence games and i am shifting more towards Dragon Heir from RSL but i always enjoy the energy which Ash and CB brings. That is why i subbed from Day 1!
Someone needs to do a guide showing how to link an account. I use my iPad but Aldo want to use my android phone to play the game but unlike raid they didn't ask me to set a username and password... what do I do?
Day 25 in WOR and I'm further ahead than I'd thought I would be. As for Volka, I'm already at level 10 out of 18 of the Hero path. My current player level is 33. In 25 days! 6 legendary champs and 50% of the entire game characters unlocked. My Wrath needs to be built like a Tank, because, like Borut ( #Borutneedsabuff ) he dies too quickly. Elukas is awesome. Love utilizing his freezes. He's so useful in gear raids and campaign and Arena. I love how everyone brings something different to their team lineup. Narvi is helpful in Guild Boss. I don't have Brienne yet, but anticipating her addition into my roster. I got Theowin as my 1st Epic. Along with Voltus, and Marri, I get those 3 in pulls more than anyone else. So they're already Awakened/A-5.
Wait!!! How do you keep Elukas alive in Gear Raid 3? I use Midan and Dolores. If one of them dies, then my team gets insta-killed. No way can a Rare survive.
Idril plus Elukas(Lurking in the shadows!!) is a really good combo. He slows them down, she knocks them off. Elukas and Cuke pull quite often, so they can be "ascended", or whatever WoR calls it, quite rapidly.
My personal opinion on the most valuable debuff. Because you are trying to prevent the travel of enemies from point A to your portals, and reduce their number of attacks, right now I would consider the decrease speed debuffs the most important.
I maxed out Elukas with 6 star promoted and fully awakened and have not regretted it. Best rare in game to me! I use him in my arena and most areas of the game as a flex role. He procs the cultist lord ability for additional dmg on cc'd units by himself making him do some surprising dmg. I've done around 3.5 million on nightmare 1 dragon. I'm only midgame so I don't know if he just becomes a niche pick later, but the strong cc, 10 cost, and surprising dmg make him very useful to me. If I get a cult leader besides Niro I'll probably try and use him again in the higher stage dragons I'm in (but Niro is terrible and I can't waste a slot in the higher dragons)
Should I keep dupes of Idril??? I pulled two more today and like the idea of using them to snipe across the map at the bosses. My first one has been incredibly useful.
