I love this show, it's full of touching, heartwarming family moments, and a lot of them actually happened in real life. I can't believe that both Jeff Garlin and George Segal are no longer in the show, it wouldn't be the same without them!

"Dinner with the Goldbergs" is hilarious because too many of the family's restaurant antics I recognize in my own family. "The Cheesesteak Adventure" is another great episode. I like "The Darryl Dawkins Dance" where there are the teenage doppelgangers of Murray and Bev. Also, the pilot episode is always classic.

I started watching The Goldbergs because of Barry's crazy outbursts. JTP! I continued watching because of Beverly and Pops. George Segal was a icon! Bev's sweater collection is epic! I've enjoyed following Erica and Geoff's love story and Barry and Lainey when they were together. I look forward to the episodes where they honor favorite classic 80s movies.

The first three seasons of this show were really good, they were funny, had great performances, felt so real and slice of life, and taught really good morals. The fourth season was okay, but not as strong as the original three seasons and after that, I stopped keeping up with the show. I grew out of its later seasons. Rest in Peace George Segal, you were a great grandfather to Adam.

One of the funniest episodes is the one in which the JTP hide a camera in Erica's room when she has a pyjama party and Beverly watches everything in the basement😂😂

The chronology in this sitcom is all over the place - going back & forth through the decade many times. Adam, who was born in 1976, is in his late teens, yet it's still the 80s.

It's to enable the writers to use as many 80's references as possible without worrying about anachronisms for a particular year.

They did hint the year. For instant I think one episode took place in season 5 or so Erica mentioned pops is 80 yrs old and he's born in 1903 so that tells me it's 1983

@@andrewjones575 also according to fandom Erica is born in 1967 and she's 16 in the 1st season so it's likely season 1 is 1983. The show did spun some continuity errors but that's the beauty of it. All TV shows/movies don't make sense and its fun to spot plotholes

My favorite Goldbergs episode is has to be The Hail Barry! You can't go wrong with QVC and Philadelphia Eagles in the show! The episode was directed by Melissa Joan Hart! I can watch the entire episode and won't be bored at all.Thank you Goldbergs for making my days always for sure!

Dinner with the Goldbergs is the worst episode ever! Why couldn’t you put Barry, Erica, and Adam break into the pool and have a party when they visit Pops at his Old Folks home in one of the Spring Break episodes? Even the Spirit Day episode is better than Dinner with the Goldbergs, because even though Matt Bradley was yellow, it was pretty funny that he was in disguise when giving Barry the advice!

I really hope this show was better then what I just watched tonight lol 😂 this is the worst show i ever tried to watch on TV lol...when i saw it was its 10th season i almost choked and looked up how it still could pissibly be on.(leading me here) The only thing i can say is it sounds like it was once a great show. sounds like all the good ppl that made the show "good" are gone and the numbing and dumbing down of all the other characters was jist what followed. The creator even made them take his name off the credits because he was embarrassed lol. Its a Shame.
