The only possible reason for this not being number one is if assuming that the officiating is part of the game. The officiating in this game was atrocious, and I don't mean controversial calls or non calls, but basic "doing your job" calls. The Field Judge, who's responsible for counting the number of defensive players on the field, not flagging the Bills for too many men and the replay officials not stopping play to review a pass ruled a completion that television replay clearly shows as incomplete. It must have been the awful officiating that keeps this game out of the top spot; it certainly can't be the excitement, desire, or play of either team.

As a Steelers fan, Steelers Bengals week one was one of the worst games of the season. Trubisky and Burrow both played horrible games and both teams were out here missing easy kicks.

Vikes fan for just over thirty years. Bills/Vikings was definitely game of the year, and easily one of the most exciting, stressful, and ultimately memorable Vikings games I've ever had the pleasure of witnessing.
