I did the Choreography during the abc family sing along earlier this year ( impressed that the stars still remember it ) I’m still learning the choreography to flesh and bone though ( I got part of it figured out though)
This video is supposed to be "Top 20 Disney Channel musical numbers" because there's gonna be a war at the comment section about which Disney Channel musical numbers that should have been on this list 😂
@It’s Epic i mean i agree that a lot of the older films might seem better but it’s probably 100% nostalgia talking. High school musical is just as cheesy as Descendants, Descendants at least has fun outfits and more interesting side characters.
Lemonade Mouth- She’s So Gone, Starstruck- Hero, High School Musical 3- I Just Want to be with You and Descendants 3- Queen of Mean are all amazing songs and some of my top favorites.
My list 1. Breaking free 2. Wouldn't change a thing 3. This is me 4. Introducing me 5. We rock 6. When there was me and you 7. Scream 8. Can I have this dance 9. If only 10. Walk away 11. Just wanna be with you 12. Everyday 13. Heart and soul 14. What time is it 15. Hero 16. Gotta go my own way 17. She's so gone 18. It's on 19. Gotta be me 20. Fabulous Honorable mentions: -Breakthrough -High School Musical -Detererminate -We're all in this together -Here I am
"This is Me" defined my childhood. Ever since I was a kid, whenever I'd take walks, I'd hum or sing quietly to myself. Most of my elementary school years were spent singing this song and playing it constantly in my CD player. Surprisingly, I've never had a lot of confidence, but it always reminded me of what I could be if I believed in myself. Also "What Time Is It" was a popular song that defined my childhood. Every summer when school let out, after the movie's release, they actually played the song over the loudspeakers on our way to the buses. I was singing the whole way out.
@@K0m30ng yeah. I heared once that someone offer them to go on a tour after the movie, but they declined or at the end decided not to do it. But it would be awsome
The girls from lemonade mouth still exist till now. Naomi Scott still being actress, Hayley Kiyoko become a singer and lesbian jesus. Anyone knows what happen with Bridgit?
@@joshuakiky9794 I know, i have a big poster of Aladdin and a big poster of Charlie's Angels. I also hear some songs of Hayley and i think that are very good, and Bridgit is doing very good music. I have some of her songs and are pretty good
Let it shine and Lemonade mouth are do underrated that it hurts my heart. My top 5: First place: Step Up (The Cheethas girls 2) Second place: Amigas Cheethas (The cheethas girls 2) Third place: What's my name ( Decendents 2) Forth place: Chilling like a vilan ( Decendents 2) Fifth place: Can't make my mind
I definitely agree. Step up and Amigas Cheetahs are so amazing. Also What's my name, chilling like a villain and It's good to be bad. All these songs have such amazing dance numbers.
I feel like they completely forgot some of the older DCOMs had musical numbers in them too. Zenon had Zoom and Outta This World. Pixel Perfect had Nothing's Wrong with Me. I think the fact that I even remember these songs like 15+ years later is a testament to their earworm qualities.
It's true! People forget the pre-High School Musical era still had some great stuff beyond just The Cheetah Girls, even if the movies weren't full on musicals in the same way. Zenon's songs were the JAM!!! Also loved Get a Clue. There were other fun ones too. Bringin' da Noise from The Other Me, though just a dance scene, was epic and as an Nsync fan I still jam out to it! Let's not forget the oldies but goodies... 😋
"Gotta Be Me" from Teen Beach 2 should have been on this list, the choreography is outstanding! Wayy better than Cruisin for a Bruisin Also "It's On" from Camp Rock 2 should also be on this list!! Come on MsMojo you could have atleast made more list when it comes to Disney Channel???
This list could have just been 8 High School Musical songs and I'd have been like "yeah" I Don't Dance is my favourite for the sheer unadulterated homoerotic tension
I love all the Descendants songs, and know pretty much all the lyrics. I think they should have put more Descendants songs on the list but, I'm glad they squeezed in Rotten To The Coar , which was a song I sang at my third grade talent show. Thumbs up if you love Descendants like me, Long Live Evil!😈
The climb should be at number 1. It was the best song to come out of Disney. It was so inspiring to all the children and adolescents who were watch Disney at the time. It teaches that it doesn’t matter what obstacles you face in life, you have to believe in your dream and keep pushing on because they is always going to be bad things happening along the way and your going to want give up but you got to keep on going because that is just al apart of the process along the way to your dream of becoming whatever you want to be. Such an inspiring song.
I like how she said “if you grew up in the Lizzie McGuire era, we challenge you to try not to burst into song” and when she said that I was already jamming and singing to the song 😭😂
Descendants will always be the best for me😍......and Hey! Lemonade Mouth was great too! All of the songs from these two movies are saved on my playlist ❤️
“I Put a Spell on You” from Hocus Pocus was also a great number! (edit: I know it’s not a DCOM, but Hannah Montana and Lizzie McGuire are in this list, and they’re also not DCOMs)
I think it's probably because it only featured Aubrey and didnt have the dance vibe that most of the others did. Queen of Mean was more like an anthem and while extremely good, not at all in the same vein as these others.
1. Chillin Like a Villain- Descendants 2 2. Can't Back down- Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam 3. What time is it- HSM 2 4. It's On- Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam 5. Guardian Angel- Let It Shine 6. Push it to the limit- Jump In 7. Turn Up the Music- Lemonade Mouth 8. Work this Out- HSM 2 9. I Don't Dance- HSM 2 10. Don't Run Away- Let it Shine HM:Determinate, Always Be More Than A Band, We're All in this together, We're Breaking Free, Everyday, What's My Name, Its Going Down, Night Falls
I think everyone watching knew that High School Musical was going to be at the top of the list. We were all just wondering what else made it into the Top 10.
My favorites are probably...Not in any order because I can’t figure out which one would be number one...Chillin Like A Villain, Queen of Mean, Fabulous, Ways To Be Wicked, I Want It All, Bet On It, Scream, I Don’t Dance.....Oh gosh!! I love so many. As you can tell High School Musical was and is my favorite
“That’s what I said” from Let It Shine, “Work This Out” from HSM 2 “Show Me What You Got” from Camp Rock 2 and “Its going Down” from Descendants 2 all should have been honorable mentions.
This list is hard because there are sooo many good ones. Chillin’ Like A Villain is my fave Descendants song so glad to it 2nd. I would have put Strut on the list instead of Cheetah Sisters but classic I guess lol.
"All for One" from "High School Musical 2", "Surf's Up" from "Teen Beach Movie", "Gotta Be Me" from "Teen Beach 2", "Ways to Be Wicked" from "Descendants 2", and "Good to Be Bad" from "Descendants 3" should have been given an honorable mention at least.
Zombies: fired up, bam, someday zombies 2: we own the night, flesh and bone, call to the wild ( my top three favorite songs from zombies and zombies 2 the sequel had better songs and I really enjoyed the werewolves) descendents 3: night falls ( just felt like I had to add it )
I feel like whoever made this list must've not seen Descendants 3 to not even mention it lol. Descendants was a rare franchise where each movie in its trilogy actually managed to top its predecessor in quality. Also, the Zombies movies should've gotten an honorable mention at least - it was also a great movie, not just in songs, but overall as well! HSM prolly only remains #1 bc it has withstood the test of time and its success launched a new era of DCOMS that are pretty much all musicals now. However, nostalgia and impact factors aside, can we really still say it tops all the others in pure quality? I'd dare to say Kenny Ortega topped his HSM self with the Descendants movies, which overall I think was the better quality franchise (and believe me I love both.) Disney musicals are usually good tho, so it's so hard to pick a best song even in one movie! I don't envy the task!
