Thanks this was helpful in distinguishing the steely greys from the softer creamier ones. I love the former but as a natural blonde I definitely think the softer shades suit my skintone better.
Thank you for the info! I just love how you look in gray wigs. I’ve tried 2 BelleTress wigs in very light blonde/ silvery colors and I love them! It’s so fun!
Thanks for showing us these wigs in grey. Great that going grey has become more mainline recently. I think there was a trend going that got boosted by Covid restrictions making it harder to maintain color. I think Girl Mono looks fabulous in that particular color.
Raquel Welch sweet cream is my personal favorite. Maybe do a few reviews in this color ? I’m not a fan of rooted wigs. You look great in everything you wear Eileen!
Hi Nan, I don't really have any wigs in that color but I'm sure there are some wonderful reviews on RU-vid featuring it; I personally prefer rooted styles and purchase those mainly. Thank you so much for watching today, have a great week ahead! 🌻
Great video ! I have decided, that rooted wigs are not form me! They remind me of the days when I had to postpone my hair appointment, due to my illness. I dislike the look! But I fell in love with the very light grey shades. Beautiful.
Rooted wigs are not for everyone it is a personal preference, I like them and mainly only wear rooted styles however I am so glad we have choices, something for everyone! Thank you for watching and taking the time to leave a message!
Eileen, thank you so much for this video. I loved seeing all the greys that I don't have and now know I need. I love Stone Grey Rooted on Girl Mono. It's gorgeous; Iced Granita is just wow on you! Love Divine, and I agree Silver Blonde Rooted is beautiful. I'm going to give Icy Shadow another whirl. It's beautiful! xoxo
Thanks Marlene for stopping by today, I enjoyed showing all these beautiful grey shades, Icy Shadow is such a beautiful color, I think you would love it! xoxo
Thank you for showcasing these gray wigs! I am starting my gray grow-out process and an considering using wigs so this is very helpful! And thank you for displaying the full brand name/wig name and color name. SO helpful. I love the ellen wille girl mono stone gray rooted. You look so beautiful in all of these!
Love how Alva draws attention to your eyes, making them appear larger, and of course love silverstone. Have you seen other wigs like this which would work for larger heads? Thanks for sharing these grey styles.
Thanks for this review Eileen! I always love seeing your greys. If you haven’t seen it already, check out Envy Sterling Silver. It’s different on different styles unfortunately but Nadia comes in the perfect shade. It’s icy, the rooting is gorgeous, I just can’t say enough about the color! However, I ordered some of the new styles like Delaney in Sterling Silver and they were actually more blonde than silver! Very disappointing as I love Nadia but don’t like wearing it down and am trying to find an updo I can do with it that won’t fall apart when I’m wearing it. It’s not extremely long! I’ll post it at Wig Studio 1 once i get it set!!
Thank you so much for the recommendation of Sterling Silver, I will have to try that one, it sounds beautiful! Thanks for stopping by my channel today and have a great week ahead! xoxo
You look beautiful in all your wigs. In fact, I believe you wear your wigs more successfully than any other RU-vid wig presenter. However, if I had as much hair as you have, I would not be wearing wigs. A fan in Virginia.
I wear my bio hair a lot but I never want to give up my wigs, they offer me the option to change my look everyday, I never wear the same color or style two days in a row! Thanks so much for stopping by my channel today and taking the time to comment! xoxo
What I love about Martini by JR is the nape is close to the same color as my natural dark blonde hair and it's not rooted (yippee!). I've had it on January and Kendall, still have my January. My favorite gray is Silverstone by Henry Margu, though. It really looks like a dark blonde going gray and I love the almost-white highlight around the face. Had that on Norah. So many wonderful choices these days, eh, Eileen? ~Cynthia
Hi Cynthia! I think Martini is such a beautiful wearable shade! I totally agree with you, we have som many choices! Thanks so much for stopping by my channel today, have a great week!
This was great but I still don’t know what is right for me. I have been a “decided “ red for so long that I have forgotten about my dirty dishwater blonde. I have Alopecia and am starting to turn gray. I have a fair complexion and green eyes. I would like to find a color in Toni Brattin or Paula Young wigs as I am on a fixed income. Thank you!
Lovewatching the gray and beautiful you are so good to watch you lm looking for a wig lm loosing hair l need lnfo on how to get one from your wigs Shirley
Hi Marianne, no Jamison is not hard to keep out of my face, you could steam it off your face if that is an issue, a fashion color to me is one that is something like a pink, lavender, etc. Thanks so much for watching!
Hi Kathy, it is a matter of preference, some people like them and some don't, I personally love them! Aren't we lucky to have so many choices, something for everyone! xoxo
Hi and thank you for your comment, although I agree with you many women love these grey shades with roots, I personally wear them more as fashion colors, aren't we lucky that there is indeed something for everyone. Thank you so much for taking the time to watch and comment today, have a lovely Sunday! xoxo
Why didn't you just put a piece of darker cardboard behind you or have a colored scarf pinned to the backdrop - Why do this whole video and having to keep apologizing - I couldn't really geta sense of color with all the reflected light
Hi Carol, thanks for your comment, I'm sorry you did not enjoy the video, aren't we lucky there are so many wonderful wig reviewers on RU-vid, I know you will find the one that is perfect for you! Have a great week ahead!
