Nordic curls should be a part of any football/soccer work out. They're horrific at 1st but once you start seeing progression your game will go through the roof

Thanks for a great video. I am struggling with my calves and want them to tolerate explosive movement better. What exercises do you reckon would be good for this?
Do 3-4 sets of 15+ reps for endurance, and if you want to build explosive strength do 2-3 sets of 3-5 reps at maximum effort (adding jumping at leg exercises like squats is a great way to be more explosive)
In the 4th you are showing a split squat, not a lunge. (The latter would have indeed been more sport-specific for football/soccer players.) Also, pullups have little to do with shoulder muscles.

Congrats on the contract bro. Was wondering as a 15yr old attacking mid/technical player in just coming off an injury and was looking to get in to the gym when I get back in 2-3 months. I already feel like I’ve mastered the basics of working out as I was doing bodyweight workouts for 1 year. I’m small (158 cm, 55kg) and was wondering if I should primarily focus on the posterior chain in my leg workouts as my main goal in the gym is to gain speed and power or should I evenly split between the muscles do I don’t cause any muscle imbalances
@@ricfitacademy the exercises you showed are 10, is not that too much to do in one day? or one has to divide it by 5 another day. how often should you use this during the week? 3 times
@@Tsenay he showed exercises to include in your sessions not to do JUST those, so you do normal workout and implement those exercises if you havent already. Keep smashing it💪💪
