@@marcusyates3044 I know who the #1 Black Ranger should be, Tommy Oliver with #2 being Dillon. There aren’t enough White Rangers or Gold Rangers to make a top 10 list but there are enough Black Rangers.
Some things from me:- 1) Slyther and Mucus pretty much the the unsung heroes for the final episodes for risking their lives to infiltrate Zedd's base, freeing Ollie from his evil corruption and commandeering a Squidrill and saving the Rangers from there trap and helping them try to get away. 2) Scrozzle continues to be the smartest villain there is by knowing exactly when to call it quits and leave.
Scrozzle is great. He's like that constant antagonist who just pops up wherever randomly, does something that shakes up the status quo, then disappears again...until the next season. Where he'll repeat the cycle. He's such a meddler lol. And yes. Smart enough to avoid getting, or at least, staying, caught. Shame we aren't going to get any more core timeline seasons, because it's always fun to see him pop-up then scurry away. What a menace. It's curious to see what he's up to this time around.
@@KotCR Well you never know, they might do some specials set in the original time line that he can be a part of, it was confirmed some other of Squid Inc's forces also managed to escape so they are still around that he could take over.
2 most important moments for me 1. Fern becoming a Ranger after bonding with Solon and 2. Amelia the Dino Fury Pink Ranger becomes the Cosmic Fury Red Ranger!! After everything she’s been through she’s stepped up in more ways than one 1. Being Rafkonian 2. Ollie and Amelia becoming boyfriend and girlfriend 3. Finally finding her parents after realizing that Void King and Queen were her parents and personally I always thought a girl should at have a chance being a red Ranger and now it’s shows that the Power Ranger legacy is and always will stronger time and time again
Oh yeah Lauren Shiba was briefly but through the entire season of Power Rangers Cosmic Fury Amelia became the Red Ranger even though she's the Pink but it proves once again the Morphin Grid never makes a mistakes. The Grid saw how much she's grown ever since Dino Fury and because of it the Grid chose her to become the Red Ranger. If any woman would be honored to be Red Ranger. @@tzvikrasner6073
I remember my eyes widening up in surprise when i heard "may the power protect you." While we heard that phrase so many times, hearing curry say it instantly brought back all the memories of my first time seeing power rangers, and all i said was his name. I was so happy to see him again after so long
It didn’t click for me until Aiyon was describing what happened to the rest of the team. Then I suddenly got full body chills and had to go back and watch the void scene. Incredible stuff.
There were a couple things I noticed - the “ancient device” found next to the dragon zord in the mine was the bomb Goldar and Rito used to blow up the Command Center at the end of the third season and Chance Perez’s wife had a cameo in the last scene.
another level to Mick being a big part of Cosmic Fury is that the actor is one of the most recurring in the franchise having played multiple roles over the years. In addition to Mick, he's incredibly well known & fondly remembered in particular as Boom in SPD and Phineas in Mystic Force
honestly i would love if they pulled a Kenji Ohba with micks actor and got all 3 of the characters he played on screen at once interacting sense i loved it in gokiger vs gavan
@@RedfoxjackWell i dont think thats ever happening unless some special for a certain series happens because the series is going to reboot after cosmic fury. But they could just do some multiversal thing during the reboot to show all of micks characters.
@@brianwhiteman7268 so did I. I couldn't believe what I was hearing honestly. It sent chills down my spine. The thought that zordon is still alive at all brings tears to my eyes.
What's even funnier is that them referencing Newtech as a haven for human alien relations runs perfectly in line with the timeline of SPD taking place in the (horrifyingly close) year of 2025.
I mean, that was kind of the whole point of it in the first place because the franchise acknowledges the SPD happens later than the other seasons that aired prior to it and that PR itself typically runs in tandem with the "real world" time. It would be funny if it purely was a coincidence but it's not because it was intentional
One of my favorite things from this season was when Zedd got his upgrade and said "If only Dark Specter could see me now." I'm surprised that wasn't an honorable mention.
The original Megaship was destroyed but in Wild Force episode Forever Red (which I think is considered the first PR anniversary episode) the red rangers travel to the moon on the Astro Megaship MK.2 which is the same ship rebuilt, so in a way that also means possibly that this is the Astro Megazord Mk. 2
Zed made a jab at Dark Spector when he got powered up. Like it’s small lines like that that show me someone in the writing room cares a lot about this franchise.
Yea same...too bad it was too short and I wanted my kids to see it with me (maybe on 2nd watch) but they had no idea who Billy and Lord Zed where so they had no interest
9:39 That was Zordon not Zayto. Meaning Zordon is alive and Aiyon unbeknowningly met Zordon in the form of Zayto. Billy needs Aiyon so that we can transfer a piece of Zordon from the grid back into the energy tube.
@@brandonskinnyboy Nah that season being bad was to do with Saban trying to be cheap and half ass the series, not Nickelodeon. It backfired so badly that they ended up rehiring Judd Lynn to produce Dino Charge, which was infinitely better.
@@dstr001 as Linkara pointed out in the retrospective on History of Power Rangers, this was a special kind of laziness. Like, they had the ability to do cameos from former rangers. They chose to not do that to save money. They had the option to use only the power ranger teams, but included Dairanger as a never before seen team. Okay, so where do they hail from, are they an alien team? No answer. Okay, so we adapt that and leave the rest. We have the suits right? Naw, use the footage already done, cos we're cheap. Okay, but you have pre-zyu suits there. Don't care, just do it. And then the penultimate fight where we have the four pre-zyu suits plus MMPR rather than 5 actual teams. It was a special kind of laziness.
25 years ago in November 1998 the finale of Power Rangers In Space aired, Zordon gave up his life for the good evil and now 25 years later we find out his spirit is living somewhere in the universe
Heckyl’s dinosaur he uses as his zord is the Spinosaurus - that’s the Zord Shelby made right at the end of Dino Charge when the majority of the rangers got turned to stone ❤️
There's one that's a bit more out there. In one of the episodes, when Zayto (I think) is piloting the purple dragon zord, it flies in a circle formation in front of a moon. This was probably ripped straight from Kyuranger, but it references the opening credits of Dairanger (Skipped being adapted as a full season, but the White Ranger from MMPR was pulled directly from it)
The last scene of Power Rangers Cosmic Fury. Billy had a theory that Zordan may still be alive. Let's hope to see Zordan in the next Power Rangers series.
Haven't seen such a dark season since RPM. I am sad this was the last season. The writing for the past 3 seasons had been on a rising trend. But I suppose all good things come to an end.
@blackdemonknight yeah but it's kinda risky. Hasbro is literally pulling the ultimate gamble maybe at the worst time. If this doesn't do what they hope they have nothing to fall back on at least with the movie reboot there was the stable series to fall back on now if they go through and fail they lose everything. Honestly I think we won't see a reboot at all cause Hasbro will probably sell power rangers soon
So technically Zato is another Ranger that has been killed. He’s brought back as a morphin master but as no longer alien so was actually killed in combat.
Newtech City also makes an appearance in the Graphic Novel Power Rangers: Soul Of The Dragon which takes place shortly after the Dimensions In Danger Special. At the point where the Graphic Novel takes place Tommy’s Master Morpher has been severely damaged. It still works but each time Tommy Morphs it destroys his power coins and Tommy also can’t select which of his forms he’s going to use it’s a select order to which of his 4 forms he’ll have access to.

There is a remake of the original MMPR season and movie in the works. I really enjoyed the cosmic fury series I wish it would of been a little longer, but I still enjoyed it. All the call backs was definitely awesome to see. 30 years of power rangers has been great especially since I grew up when MMPR debut. There was a few series that wasn't really good. Seeing Heckyl come back as the dark ranger was a good surprise. Seeing the classic megazord come back brought a tear to my eye. Zedd morphin master form reminds me of Shredder's mutated form in secret of the ooze movie.
There isn't. It's been stated (and leaks back this up) that it's completely original and not going to retread anything that's been done before. Apparently, the theme will be Japanese myths and legends (in honour of its origin). So, powers based on mythical beasts, in Japanese mythology.
As someone who watch PR since I was 13 in 93, I cry for many of the episode and mostly at the ending of the series, cause I'm so happy to live this long to see the ending of Haim Saban/Disney PR series. I hope Hasbro does justice for the New PR fans in the future.
Great to see cosmic/Dino fury and power rangers as a whole getting the recognition it deserves in addition the the hardcore fans that have stuck with the franchise since day one

Most of these were not remotely subtle, but I loved the mention of bringing alien refugees to New Tech City. For 18 years we've assumed Power Rangers wouldnt address the fact it had established that by 2025 aliens would coexist on earth... but now with 2 years to spare we see how it could happen in such a short time. It's heartwarming to see how this was written by people who knew what they were doing, and who cared.
1) the Dark Ranger helmet wasn't necessarily meant to be Kyoryu Navy's helmet (which wasn't repainted); it was cause Toei sent that helmet & when a color correction was suggested, Toei said "no"" & 2) Naria & Scorpio were sent by mistake by Toei since they were clearing out their warehouse of suits; it wasn't planned by Hasbro to adapt any Zyuohger monsters
Yes since you missed the disguised band outfits since Amelia wore what the Court Witch wore and Aiyon was wearing Robo-Blaze's unmorphed uniform, I can't comment on whether the others are wearing old stuff or not but it's likely they are.
He technically was the main antagonist for most of Super Dino Charge before his redemption arc in that so he does technically count as a reformed villian
In ep. 1 there was a monster that resembled Champ, the Black ranger of Kyuranger, the sentai season Cosmic Fury was adapted from. Only he was white Also this is the first time that a ranger has irreplaceable damage, in this case Javi's arm.

Heckyl used to be in Power rangers Dino charge as the monster cyborg Snide, but returning as the Spino ranger with a Boomerang like weapon makes this Power ranger crossover one of the most amazing to watch, somehow the right side of his is grey and i guess they changed that probably because it looked like blood🩸🦕.
Especially one of the coolest like Xander from Mystic force and Dino thunder black ranger with along with his Brachio staff when he controls the Brachio zord as a pickup vehicle for the Dino zords🦕🦕.
5:57 the cg was impressive because the show had a smaller budget and power rangers using cg isn’t something they’re known for so them going all out in this new way was awesome
For some reason,i have feeling Power rangers cosmic fury season looks like a reboot of Mighty morphin power rangers season 2 with similar scenes, like Zayto,s comeback scene with a new White ranger suit similar to Tommy's return to the original rangers when his Green ranger powers where destroyed🐲🐲.
I kinda hope if they have to take one thing from Cosmic Fury into the rebooted continuity, keep the connections between teams if you can. It doesn’t even need to be the Rangers themselves appearing. Even just having one or a villain, or a mentor just pooping up. And also, make sure no team loses their powers unless your gonna give a reason they got them back.
After i finished the new season i kinda wondered if what happened in once and always was because of this. Like billy thought he was out there but didn't start looking tell after the events of the cosmic fury
Please please please don’t let cosmic fury be the last one, if they reboot power rangers there going to ruin it, rather than rebooting they should just make the newer seasons in another dimension, then at some point in the future they can connect the new one with the original in some way or another.
Honestly - season 2 needs to bring in more permanent rangers for the show - and bring some oldies back to fill some of those roles. Like Billy taking over the wolf as a for instance.
I think this cements the fact that it would be hard for Zordon to return because we don't even know if the Zayto avatar was his full essence or just part of it since it's clear that some of his memories were gone so I don't think the same thing happened to his energy particles that happened with Rita and Zedd
I'm glad I found a site where I can see all. Of sentai rangers including the ones the US skip before reboot and the newer ones that they will never use
