@@seanmarley3598 they were so caught up in thinking they were bitten, the boss guy was faking and acting like they were overly aggressive to convince everyone that they were infected and should be kicked out. They wrote the scene like this to hammer on the point that people have priorities messed up and don't treat everyone nicely especially because of their social status. The first situation being when they are more concerned about the homeless man than the woman that is obviously not well

Burke's fate in the original script was arguebly way worse and somewhat merciful in a dark sense. Basically in the OG Aliens' script Burke was captured by the Xenomorphs and given the cocoon + Facehugger treatment and when Ripley and the others find him he's begging for help due to the fact he now has a chestburster in him and all Ripley does is say "This will put you out of your misery" and she hands him a live grenade and pulls the pin and then her the others leave and as our leading heroine and the others leave the next sound you hear is the grenade going off pretty much giving you a clear indication of what Burke's ultimate fate was. So the question which fate was the worse fate that the villainous greedy Weyland-Yutani employee suffered his fate in the OG script, or the fate he got in the actual film?

The kid in Final Destination didn't just randomly decide to run at the pigeons. You can hear her yelling "Pigeons", you can see him look from her to the birds and he thinks she's telling him to get rid of the birds.

@@chancethomas7999 I'm aware of that, doesn't change the fact that his running towards the birds wasn't just a random thing on his part... wouldn't have been regardless of age because he was responding to her yelling "birds". He was reacting to something specific. In fact, he would probably not have been crushed had she not be yelling at him.

Final Destination 2 has a few deaths that happen only because they were warned about 'em, the woman on the elevator only dies, cuz she panics after they sey "A Man with Hook will be the cause of her Death", them the boy only run to the pidgeons cuz they say "The Pidgeons", Then the woman dies with the pipe cuz she angers the dude with the ChainSaw.

What makes Burke’s death even better is that in the novelization, he gets cocooned right in the Queen’s chamber. And even though he’s already been impregnated, he still tries to save his own skin by attempting to cut a deal with the Xenomorph Queen. Right up until the one inside him come out of his chest.

A scene from Deep Rising where one of the mercenaries is caught by the monster and tries to shoot the boat mechanic. The guy misses and when he goes to shoot himself to save himself the pain of having all his fluids being sucked out of him, the guy finds out he is out of ammo and the look on the mercs face is priceless.

I don't consider Tim's predicament to be karma. I mean, the kid was destined to die anyway and in his defense he was high from the nitrous oxide. A better example of karma in a horror movie would've been Ms. Carmody from The Mist who literally divided the townsfolk, corced the local butcher to kill an unarmed US Army private, and wanted to sacrifice David's son only to get shot in the head by Ollie Weeks.

SPOILER FOR BARBARIAN AJ’s death in Barbarian is definitely one. He threw Tess off the water tower, putting her in danger of falling to her death. And when AJ goes to check on her, lying that he didn’t mean to do it, and the Mother kills AJ for harming Tess, that was instant karma right there. He tried to literally sacrifice someone else’s life in order to save his own ass, and look where that got him.

It was still 50/50 on that. As Amanda had a corrupted take on John's philosophy aka she believed that everyone was evil and deserved death with no opportunity for 2nd+ chances at redemption and as John said on the pre-recorded video that played after his death, the death of Jeff's wife, and Amanda getting fatally shot "You still have one final test Amanda one final chance to prove you deserve to be called my successor, that chance comes in the form of the good doctor her life and your life are intertwined meaning if she dies you die, she lives you live one last chance to prove you've rid yourself of your twisted, corrupted take on my message. Live or die Amanda the choice is yours."

There's an audiobook that has different short stories, and one of the stories is about what happened to him after he was taken. He managed to get out after the facehugger treatment, and got to the surface just as the others took off, and before the explosion.

Honorable Mention.... Stuart from Hostel Part II (2007) purchased Beth with the intention of killing her but the table turned and Beth purchased Stuart and she castrated him leaving him to bleed to death. Paul from Anaconda (1997) he tricked the film crew by using them as bait to capture the anaconda and had most of them killed, but in the end he gets eaten alive by the very own snake.

Paul Serone's fate is the ultimate show of karma. He used them, manipulated, and then forced them on a path that the survivors had to get out of that situation on their own. Even to the end he was still high on his ego and underestimated his enemy. Sure enough his so-called prey was actually the predator and got him instead.

Back when the actors were doing press for "Aliens, Paul Reiser -- who played Carter Burke -- told David Letterman that when he took his mom to see Aliens during the premiere, she cheered when he got killed by the xenomorph.

My favorite karma moment was in Deep Blue Sea where a female protagonist(I forgot her name) made a dumbest mistake by releasing the genetically intelligent Mako Shark into the water instead of getting shot by Thomas Jane's male protagonist causing the underwater facility to be over run by Mako Sharks. In the original ending, she, the male protagonist and the cook(played by LL Cool J) survived but the test audience hated it because of the female protagonist being the worst character. She is the one responsible for a lot of mess in entire movie including the death of Samuel L. Jackson's character due of some reasons. So the filmmakers decide to shoot a new ending where the female protagonist got killed by her own creation(Mako Shark) which was justiciable, karmic yet ironic ending for her.

I saw that movie. The moment Sam’s character was close to the water, I knew he was gonna be one of the first to die. I knew it before the shark interrupted his speech. In a sense, if you figure in the events of "Saw VI" in the discussion of "Saw III", Amanda's comeuppance was not because she shot Dr. Lynn, but because she tried to check Hoffman and failed, little realizing that he knew she was responsible for the death of Jigsaw's child, so he wrote the letter that sent her in tears, technically forcing her to kill Dr. Lynn so Jigsaw never finds out what Amanda had done. And then there's Jeff coming in at the last second.

Fun fact Burke actually just gets taken to the hive and in a deleted scene when Ripley goes to rescue Newt she stumbles upon him he begs her to kill him since he's been impregnated by a facehugger. Ripley just leaves him with a grenade in his hand to do it himself and he does...

Yes! Billy may have been in on the prank, but the two got what was coming to them. Billy didn’t really care that Chris wanted Carrie dead in the 1976 film, Chris tried to stop Billy from killing Carrie in the 2002 TV movie, and neither held back in the 2013 version.

Carter Burke's death in "Aliens" was definetly satisfying and fitting. In the book though the xenomorph didn't kill him, and his death was much more along the lines on what he actually deserved. Not going to ruin it though, you'll have to read the book.

I remember the film Deep Rising (1998) When the mercenary Studi is trapped into the acidic tentacle of a sea monster, eating him alive , and appears the nerd character to save him ; he shot the nerd several times failing, and when he wants to kill himself for the terrible pain of being eaten , he realizes his gun is off of bullets.

An honorable mention would be from the film Deep Rising it has TWO instant karma moments at the same time. Hanover the mercenary uses the buddy technique and shoots joey who is running with him in the leg to slow him down. Hanover then gets caught by the monster. Joey THEN gave him his same gun back so he could shoot himself and avoid a slow death. He then proceeds to shoot at the other person and misses. Then when the monster proceeds to kill him he tries to kill himself and the gun is empty.

I have always loved ALIEN but to kill or keep for Egg implantation Gestation hugely varied time, and Ash from Alien talks of nutrition and Alien resin built walls, Alien with resin sacks on there body;s EVERYTHING just suits the story which ok, I guess but ALIEN 2 talks that Ash was responsible for a few deaths, what a magazine on Ripley, still the best Alien film about, should have asked me for advice like plane films should have spoke to pilots, like 74 gear
