Brian Tobias You don’t have to sacrifice anything. You schedule and organize your time effectively so you don’t have to stop seeing friends or family. Working 24/7 on your business is not the most effective or efficient way to grow and become successful.

I had a dream I was working and he came in as a customer, and I told him I watch his channel on RU-vid and am thankful for him putting out the helpful content that he does. I also said I can't wait to buy the books he recommended in this video and see how they help with me being a better leader at my job. He seemed so humble, kind, and knowledgeable as he would have to be, to be able to do all the great things he's done.

David & Goliath and "Ego is the enemy" are two books I read 3 times because of the huge lessons they have. I prepare an animated summary for these two. I am really happy to see someone with such a popular channel, encouraging people to read. It was a game changer for ourselves for the business we built. Not new but how to win friends and influence people is a classic. Also read about great leaders like alexander the great, specifically things they did. For example alexander would go into battle with his soldiers, everything they did he did as well, he obtained many wounds some deadly ones. He ate with them, he refused to drink water when there wasn't enough for all of them. He took soldiers that didn't have nothing and helped them rise up and feed their families, some of them became straps (kings or leaders) If that isn't a leader idk what is

I'm reading Organizational Culture by Schein.. it's a great read so far... by the way, subscribed you because of the work ethic video.. thanks for the lessons, patrick Edit: Schein's book is a good resource to readers of Mastery by Greene. there's a specific in Greene that relates to Schein's but Schein's on a deeper level wherein Greene only broadly stated
