I thought about that and also Torchwood being mentioned, but then again it's technically not referencing those other properties as Black Mesa is mentioned in Portal 2 many times as it's in the same universe as Portal.

I really hate con exclusive mini-figs. So many characters I want that are just unavailable unless I pay ungodly amounts on the secondary market. I got a knock off version of the Phoenix fig which is pretty close, but it's just not the same.

@@blooper_kingpin I don't think that's correct. The figure you're talking about is moreso based on the creature from the black lagoon being more of an aquatic humanoid creature, while the Kraken distinctly has four arms and a similar head to Harryhausen's version, as well as being just plain hugr

I appreciate you pointing out the lack of a Jurassic Park The Lost World set. Despite how you say they’ve went ‘all in’ with Jurassic Park Lego sets they really don’t give us fans all that much compared to other Lego lines. I have a RU-vid channel I dedicate basically all my Lego builds to making Jurassic Park themed sets that don’t yet exist and, despite how many I’ve created, my list isn’t even half way done yet. Not say they’re doing a horrible job, they just don’t do enough with the classic trilogy. Regardless of the quality of each film they all have some pretty awesome scenes that would make great Lego sets… I’d know… I’ve already made a lot

@@carlossandoval5336 That’s how I’ve seen it for a long time now. I didn’t want to outright say “Lego’s focus on Star Wars and Marvel takes away from their other Lego lines” for fairly obvious reasons. Whoever has been working on the Lego Jurassic Park stuff has been doing an admirable job working with what little they’re getting. I just wish it would get some more attention. The number of dinosaurs we still don’t have that have appeared in the movies is criminal. Lego only seems to allow like 2 new molds per wave in average. Jurassic World line had the Indominus and no other new dinos. Fallen Kingdom had Indoraptor, Stygimoloch, and Carnotaurus. The 2019 sets got a Baryonyx and resized Dilophosaurus (not sure if that even counts). Then the 2020 sets got Gallimimus and Ankylosaurus. The 2021 sets got no new dinos. Still no Mosasaurus, Spinosaurus, Parasurolophus, Pachycephalosaurus, Sinoceratops, or Allosaurus. They even had an Allosaurus in the animated show. They have the model… why not use it? That list isn’t even half of it I could name so many more prehistoric animals they haven’t made yet and the 2021 wave had NO NEW creatures. What?! It really does frustrate me sometimes that it feels more like my job to make Jurassic Park Lego sets. It’s cool to have an audience for my content… but that audience only exists because of Lego’s indifference to my favorite franchise which really hurts

Oh, I meant moreso they want all in with Jurassic World stuff (newer films, netflix show, weird LEGO spinoff), but Jurassic Park stuff (first three films) is clearly lacking. Not even JP3 has gotten a set since 2001. I think the Jurassic World license gets more attention than others (as it sells really well), I’m grateful we get yearly sets with new dinos now at least.

I think the Lego Batman movie phantom zone villains fight scene was probably an excuse for Warner Bros to put the licenses they worked on in to one single movie.

@@juliancaraveo5700 Still, raptors were just trying to hunt and survive; it's the high intelligence that makes them more villain-like. If you pay attention you can see that they hit the Spinosaurus' sail with the airplane causing the blood. JP3's writing wasn't very good.

LEGO Rock Band has a pretty great setlist for a music game that was designed to be “kid-friendly”. If you haven’t played it already, I recommend you give it a go! It still has that classic LEGO game humour!

A lot of the Lego Dimensions packs have licenses which I wish get sets sometime. I could imagine Lego Beetlejuice sets or Lego Knight Rider sets.

There's also a lot of the extra Pixar Characters in Lego The Incredibles which haven't gotten sets. Excluding the Incredibles characters, Woody from Toy Story, Lightning Mcqueen from Cars, Wall-e from WALL-E and Merida from Brave. The characters we haven't got yet are Flik from A Bug's Life, Sully from Monsters Inc, Dory from Finding Nemo, Luginni and Remy from Ratatouille, Russell from Up, Bing Bong from Inside Out, Spot from The Good Dinosaur and Miquel from Coco. We haven't got sets for any of the Movies that these guys are from, nor anyone in a Minifigure Series. Also there's Junior The Lamp who's Pixar's mascot and the star of the short film Luxo Jr. And Red the Unicycle from the short Red's Dream in the level Above Parr.

As a huge Pixar fan, I’m still a little sad that many of the bonus characters that were in Lego The Incredibles still don’t exist physically. I would KILL for characters like Merida, Miguel, Spot, Flik and so on to exist as actual minifigures.

I love these lists. This is a good one. I think Top Gear would've been a good one for this before the Lego Technic set came out. We just had a Stig keychain before. That's also a figure that we only got as a keychain with no actual minifigure being released.

It can also be argued a lot of the licenses used in the Midway Arcade world in Lego Dimensions could count for this list, as Gamer Kid was an OC and the only builds were based off of Spy Hunter and Defender, yet games like Gauntlet, Joust and Rampage all featured in the level pack and adventure world

You’d need to have King Kong as a big fig or a large mech style build and the humans as tiny figs or minifigs to pull off King Kong in a regular build. The movie and game version is more like a Lego store display than anything feasible in a normal set.

Green Arrow is not from Arrow. It's based off the New 52 design. The CW Flash also had a secret location accessible with the TARDIS in Dimensions. The Shazam! logo is different because it's the logo used for his comic run. Not the movie. The movie did get a DLC level in DC Supervillains. CW shows, Young Justice and Batman the Animated Series also were in videogames despite not getting sets But ya... Still waiting on that Mr. Negative 😔

Impressive amount of research going into these lists. Didn't know about most of those Dimensions Easter Egg locations. Also didn't know Lego had a music rhythm game with actual artists in the past. I like how the notes are 1x2 plates. Feel I'll never in my life need to buy a 2 Broke Girls set, but a Jurassic Park Lost World D2C or even set around the main vehicles/characters in the movie would be amazing to see.

The "Camp Cretaceous" wave was barely even Camp Cretaceous. It has the characters, but that's it. It doesn't even have the councelers. It'd be the equivalent of calling the Batman set with Shazam thrown it, a Shazam movie set.

I’m not sure this counts but in Lego dimensions the tardis can take you to the CW show flash star labs and there’s never been a CW flash set I know of but I would love one with that reverse flash and maybe zoom that would be sick

Queen has been my favorite band for so long and I would love to get a Lego set based on them (should’ve happened in 2019 because of the success of the film) As shown, a Miracle train would be cool but I would also like to see a concert stage that you could customize to your desires and make it look like a 70s concert show, or an 80s concert show. Queen is such a popular band they deserve a few Lego sets

In Lego Dimensions on one of the many TARDIS pads there is one in the Simpsons level for Futurama that you missed 😊 I think Lego Futurama would be epic!!! I’d love a Lego mini figure of Zoidberg 😄

4:22 i think lego would honestly benefit from insomniac spiderman sets because they could do sets like: -spiderman vs mr negative in the subway -spiderman vs shocker (the bank one) -spiderman vs the king pin ( in his office and they could includ the new stud shooter for the pillar turrets) -a king pin outpost set (with king pin guards and they probs won’t include any gun men but could still include the bare hand guards and batton guards) -spiderman vs tomestone (in his warehouse, with his guards weilding crowbars) and many more ideas for sets and i hope each set comes with the advanced suit and another suit that is in the game like the king pins office set could include the classic suit and the mr negative set could include the negative spiderman suit

You mentioned the Lumiere set from Beauty and the Beast. I'm pretty sure there was a Cogsworth set too. I don't know why Lumiere is recognized as a set on bricklinks and Cogsworth isn't, but the instructions for the Cogsworth set is on bricklinks.

I'm glad LEGO isn't doing sets based on the live action remakes. 'cause they're all garbage. Well, except for 101 Dalmatians... And that's pretty much all thanks to Glenn Close. By the way, Super Girl also had a minifigure released as a PS4 Dimensions exclusive. LEGO Dimensions is another example of a ton of properties that never had a set. Beetlejuice for example. And also in LEGO Dimensions they had a reference to "Titanic" the Cameron film, with the skeletons of Jack and Rose on the bow of the sunken ship 😂
