Thank you David it's much appreciated and sorry for the late answer... was really busy lately. I am usually posting a new video every two weeks with a different content every time if I can (Urban, rural etc...)
nice bridge video, must have taken a lot of work. When I went to Montreal I remember going to that Casino you mentioned; that place was huge...and I liked that you could play WAR there.
Thanks ! Sorry I forgot to answer to everyone here, my mistake lol You randomnly went to the Casino ? Wow... never been there to my entire life lol The casino was the old pavillon of Québec & France during the universal exposition of 67.
Beautiful video. Nice to hear that the Champlain Bridge is getting replaced. Don't want to have a situation like that overpass that dropped down on A-15 sometime ago to repeat over the Saint Lawrence River. Hope to see a video of you back in Ontario when you get the chance, M. Franks. Merci beaucoup!
Hey, thank you man, my apologies for the late reply.... Yes it is getting replaced by a beautiful bridge that is set to open by the late 2018... So it's going pretty fast at the moment ! You can see the progression of the new bridge in that video that I found recently : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-PsT9L8n8iTQ.html And yes I really need to come back to Ontario, I really like this province, there is alot of interresting roads to film there. Be sure that it's in my plans to come back in 2017 and feel free for some suggestions.
Well, if you're ever in Niagara, there's the Queen Elizabeth Way (one of the world's first controlled-access motorways), Highway 406 (the one that now ends in a roundabout) and other such roads.
On #5 victoria Bridge you would have went over a bridge on a bridge had you gone the opposite direction. at the start of the bridge you see a train bridge approaching from the left as it merges to the centre, there is a bridge for vehicular trafic to go over the train therefore a bridge on a bridge
1860... now THAT'S an old ass bridge! Wasn't 'til the 1870's and 1880's when America's first ever major, modernly constructed bridges first came into play; the Brooklyn Bridge in NYC & the Eads Bridge in St. Louis are among the more noteworthy ones...
Yeah it's impressively old. It's for sure the oldest crossing over the St-lawrence river in the Quebec's History ! Thanks for the additional informations :) Thanks for watching ! Sorry for the late answer...:(
