Hi folks, I have re-uploaded the video that I published last month, this time with a full backing track. However, I had to cut "Painkiller" and "Tornado of Souls" from the video. I will publish them as another video, so please stay tuned!🤘🤘🤘 👇Judas Priest - Painkiller (Glenn Tipton) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-lU3j1LqTGEg.html 👇Megadeth - Tornado of Souls (Marty Friedman) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4wJsyQWpoQA.html
It saddens me that so many people were allegedly inspired by Randy but all they got out of it was "fast." Randy was the original shredder, but he never forgot that he was a musician first.
@@jerryappleton6855re you stupid? The majority of European countries swap periods and commas around when talking about large numbers. Look it up. 20,000 is not different from 20.000 at all
Same for me. And he nailed it! Criss was a monster and I really love how melodic his solos always were. Best solo of the bunch imo. Floods is very very close haha
Michael Romeo mentioned, instant like SymphonyX has some amazing solos and melodies Edit: Under A Glass Moon has my favourite solo ever, is technical and beautiful combined with amazing techniques and you played masterfully Thank you for this amazing video
Criss Oliva was like a sonic tidal wave! So melodic every time you can almost hum or whistle all his solo’s. I feel like melody always came first with him when it came to his approach for solos. Then sprinkle those monster bends, dazzling legato and perfect amount of shred and it’s just insane. Top 5 favorite guitarist for me.
Sea of Lies is one whole long solo lol, absolutely love it. Can't play all of it full speed, but going through all of them is one of my favorite practices
I screamed so hard when Edge of Thorns came up. Savatage is seriously in my opinion one of the most important metal bands that get glossed over. Again, just my opinion.
Well it looks like you'll have to throw away that guitar now. You've used up all of its power in less than 12 minutes of ultra shredding. It has nothing left to give. HAHA. I know we give credit to the great Petrucci's and Mustaine's and Van Halen's but then you have your Birdal here who can play ALL of them and not just play them but play them extremely well. The Guitar Gods are pioneers and inspirational but they're not always "the greatest". Well done, good sir. Well done.
The Criss Oliva, Randy Rhoads and Jason Becker stuff is just timeless sounding like a solo that combines melody and technique flawlessly. The rest was cool, but sounded more like a bunch of ideas stuck together not overly concerned with what the rhythm was doing underneath. I personally think Pull Me Under is a better example of Patrucci's playing balance between the two, but all of it was awesome (especially Skolnik who I had never really listened to before.....going to have to learn that just because it was flat out awesome).
It's really nice as a metalhead from 30 years ago I can say it's a really nice solo you are the best keep it up with these amazing videos keep alive forever and ever Metalllll.
Well A while ago I would always skip Past your videos… But watching you play petrucci and Romeo with such precision.. just wow, blown away man Fucking excellent work!!!!
Fkn awesome 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻Floods is one of my favorite guitar solos, that and a lot of marty friedman solos and then eddie van halen's beat it, also Zack wylde's sleeping dogs. Others for me are jef loomis and mike mccready

Kirk Hammet is less technical but we cannot exclude him. Without him, or Metallica, actually rock n roll heavy metal seems imperfect, something being missed!
İbrahim bey eline sağlık :) Sayende çıkartamadığım bayagı hızlı yerleri olan birçok soloyu bu kadar net duymak ve görmek süper oldu :) Çok teşekkürler:)
