@@raceyrache8463 So because the cylinders are closer together it isn't a v? The connecting rods makes the shape regardless off how straight up and down the cylinders run and even it's designers still call it a v6. If you just look at the top part of the engine then sure it doesn't immediately look like a v but if you look at the whole thing it's still there. It's about those connecting rods. Now you are right that it only needs one head but telling someone who's never saw the engine it's not a v is gonna be pretty confusing when they show up, take one apart, and still see the v.
@@raceyrache8463 lol. Love that you took the time to tell someone it's not a v when wrong and now youre mad because someone is explaining it to you. Believe what you want to believe but I'm gonna believe it's designers when they say "it's still a V engine". Wish you the best in any event. How dare one try to have any conversation with you over it. I mean what's the alternative then. It's an in-line 6. Definitely not. You really are a special kind tho

The Ford Indigo would work today with all Ford's 4cyl and 6cyl turbo engines. Slap a stroked 3.0l ecoboost v6 in that baby and it would be faster than a Ford GT. I still wouldn't be able to afford anything like it so i'm just talking, but i think in 2024 that car works.
Yes I agree with you I also think the GT 90 would still work in 2024 all they need to do is up grade the interior. But if you think about it if ford did put the GT 90 into production in the 90’s it would have been the most powerful street legal car in the world that kind of horse power was unheard of in the 90,s in production cars
I still remember the Nazca C2 as one of my favs in i don't remember which NFS on the Playstation. Many of these cars seem directly out from some HotWheels box 😁
Hajek actually didn't pay for the GT90. He has a *massive* car collection, and has been working with Ford for decades. Ford needed somewhere to put the GT90, and decided Hajek was the perfect guy for the job. There's an interview with him on YT where he explains how he got the car.
The Cala was an interesting concept. I'm not too big of a fan of the design. I want to like it because it's Lamborghini, but just can't seem to commit. Thank you for watching!
The GT90 is a beauty. I was a big fan of it when I was a kid. I had a 1:18 die cast version of it and an AMT Ertl model that I built. Another Ford concept for the 1990s I remember was the Mustang Mach 3, which shared design cues with the SN95 generation. One crazy concept I just remembered that I'm surprised you didn't list on your 1980s concept video is the Plymouth Slingshot.
