I didnt think I would like a survival horror like Once Human, but something about the vibe of riding your motorcycle through a town of f*cked up humanoids while J-Pop is playing on the radio makes it fun.
Man, I had given up on Heaven Burns Red ever getting an official English release. This was nice surprise! That said... I do think it would have done much better in Global had it released back in 2022. At that time, there wasn't a lot of competition for a "traditional" story based RPG with fully explorable world in the gacha space, aside from WFS's Another Eden. HBR visuals were also quite good for their time, and Key's soundtracks never disappoint. But now it will have to compete directly with HSR, and possibly with modern games like Persona 5: Phantom X and Etheria: Restart... I'm a bit worried. Well, in HBR's favor, they will have 2 or 3 years worth of content available for upgrades at the time of release. (So... A speed up release schedule compared to the original JP version seems pretty likely) And the game has been doing great on JP as well. Even if it never becomes a big hit on Global, I expect they will at least make enough money to keep the game alive and regularly updated for years to come. (I mean, Another Eden seems to still be doing fine.)
2:17 "This is gonna be a world wide global simulatneous release! The entire world is gonna be experiencing this game for the very first time when it comes out." Meawhile, in Brazil: Oops, sorry! This item is currently unavailable in your region
@@allthatishere Completely different, I think. It's a colouful action-RPG with a prty based combar system, similar to HI3 or ZZZ. The main character seems to be some kind of legendary thief or rougue... Anyway, he is really skilled at lockpicking. This is about as much as I can say, based on the japanese gameplay trailer. ^^;
Definitely playing Sword of Convallaria and Tribe Nine. Madoka Magica, Ash Echoes, and several others look tempting. But I'm running out of storage space. 😭
HBR is the result of a cooperation between WSF and Key. WSF are the devs behind Another Eden. (Which mostly plays like a traditional JRPG, despite being a gacha. HBR seems to have similar gameplay.) Key are the creators behind Angel Beats, Clannad, Little Busters, and a bunch of high profile Visual Novels. They are best known for their ability to write tear-jerkers stories and memorable soundtracks. HSR turned out to be really profitable in Japan. Like, it would sometimes pop up in the top 10 highest grossing gachas in the whole world, despite being a Japan exclusive. I wonder what took so long for it to get an official global release. Either way, it looks pretty good. I'm definitly giving it a try when it comes out. (I'm already playing way too many gachas, but... If the writing and music are on the same level as other games by Key, I want to follow HBR's story, at least.)
Whatever happened to King Arthur and The Division Resurgence? My guess is they either had abysmal closed betas in terms of interest and decided to stop development, or they received such poor feedback that they're basically redoing the whole game from scratch. Take your pick. Either way its not looking good for either game.
Yo dude I love your videos. I have a video idea for ya if you want it. You remember the game Magnum Quest? You did a couple videos on it I believe. Well developers didn't wanna fix the game and listen to players so it died. Then they rebooted it as Magnum Quest 2 and it died almost instantly. Now they just rebooted it as Legends Reborn: Last Battle but it's the same game 😂 Different name and different company name but same android store page as Magnum Quest. Notice it says launched in 2021 but this game was just launched. Hope this gives you some content.
Mobile gaming sucked for a long time, then we got Genshin, giving us false hope that the whole thing was going in the right direction, but it went nowhere. It's still millions of shitty games, with a bunch of decent ones that still try to suck as much as your money as they can...Mugen looks nice, Duet Night looks decent, but both are going to 100% have the same boring-ass character banners with super low drops and ABSOLUTELY INSANE prices. Do a couple of 10-pulls or buy a high-quality game, like Baldur's Gate 3? Come on....
@@ComeOnBunny Well, I read this on Steam reviews: "- 4 Banners to start - A weapon Banner - Soft Pity is at 100 Summons ( 100 Summons is 99.99$ ) [50/50 to get the banner hero or a random one] - Hard Pity is at 180 Summons that guarantees the featured hero - There is a banner with two featured heroes, so even on hard pity you might not get both heroes. - A system for dupe heroes that goes up to 5 stars and requires god knows how many dupes to get maxed" Sounds like pretty much every greedy-ass gacha game out there.
UOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHH!! NEW FG VIDEO!! LET'S GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO EDIT : Anyway, i'm glad Uma Musume, GF2 and Heaven Burns Red got announced almost at the same time after all these years!
