ultra difficult is also a reference to the game Dustforce DX where most of the custom maps have those silhouettes as character, as well as having "difficult " on every map name (the soundtrack name for the ultra difficult map is called frozen hot sauce and it's also the soundtrack for dustforce)
Ferocious Sanctuary is my number one. Its so complex within its simplicity, and I dunno how else to describe it. It uses every possible tech within bubbles and movement.

@@StrategicGamesEtc I’m pretty sure you’re correct. In the all red berries TAS video, they do a similar trick, and literally say “if you’re wondering how that spike clip worked, one frame we’re on the left of the spikes, the next frame we’re on the right.
Definitely considered Claustrophobia for the Top 10. Loved all the rooms and the dungeon-y vibe. I only wish the portals were used more within the rooms (as part of a puzzle), instead of just connecting the rooms together.
My first honest glance at it was "i hate this" but then after I gave it a try and started figuring out the puzzles, it got more and more fun. It could be on my top 10 spring collab maps. I don't know about anyone else though.
Honestly I would put heart of the storm instead of ultra difficult, heart of the storm has amazing deco, an extremely difficult berry room, and it’s just much more creative and difficult than ultra difficult imo. Every room is a challenge like no other.
How come when I’m playing this mod none fo the text bubbles pop up. Also I can’t get past prologue without debug because no cutscenes are playing. Any idea why?

even though mine wasn’t there, i can’t lie ultra difficult is probably one of my favorite maps, along with temporal tower. the impact that ultra difficult has is so insane and i’m currently working in a map similar to it.
ngl city of tears is probably one of my favorite maps in the collab. I love the music it just sounds so much like minecraft music and is straight fire. As for gameplay, i find tech spam maps really fun which is pretty much like this map. The theming is also great i love the rain in the background and also im a sucker for forsaken city style maps so ye. an S tier map for sure.
Ultra Difficult isn't the hardest collab map. Heart of The Storm, as well as arguably Expert Heart Side and definitely Grandmaster Heart Side are worse. I can understand where that notion came from though as the original version of it during development was supposedly much, much worse
Yeah HoTS took me 13:30 hours while UD took me 7:30 hours. I think fish hell, theo hell (9 hours and 8 hours respectively) is much harder since its shorter but really hard.
Questeion: how do i get better at this game? because oh my god there aren't a ton of tips and stuff and i love this game but I'm also Bad At Videogames and i really really want to be able to do the harder maps!
