Mitsubishi should lift the Mirage, give it a new interior, and perhaps have a Ralliart turbo edition if they want to boost sales. I oddly love cheap cars like the Mirage and Versa.
cheap but high cost maintenance when something wrong goes out. everything is plastic hard material and loud cabin noise. when u can just spend 5-10k more for something way nicer and more reliable. thats why sales go down on those cars
@@Fumbiii16Not at all. The Mirage is very popular in poorer countries because of their cheap price and durability. They are not high maintenance at all.
@@mrgurulittle7000 I think a Honda fit is much better. Once warranty runs out on the mirage and versa trash trans it’s now your pocket to fix the engine or trans. That 3 cylinder is so slow.
@@Fumbiii16Honda Fit is much better overall but the Mirage is also a good car. The Mirage also uses a INVECS III Jatco instead of the Xtronic Jatco so it’s very reliable too. You wouldn’t be replacing an engine anytime soon on a Versa or Mirage. The real trash cans are the Hyundai Kia junk.
I was confused by the phrasing "as low as" when you were giving the fuel economy estimates and you were only giving the low end and not the high end and then it clicked when you said you use l/100km - in case you didn't realize, MPG is inverted from what you're used, you want the MPG to be as HIGH as possible. Think of it comparing a 7L/100Km vs 4/100Km The lower number is better, but to make it comparable to MPG in the way you read it, the 7L/100 would mean 1L gets you about 14Km, while for the 4L/100 you would go about 25Km on 1L If you do these in the future and you're going to list MPG, either give the full estimated range or go with the HIGHER number, because you want your car to go more miles on one gallon of gas, not less
@@carsunlocked no I understand that part, but the one that was like 22-50 you said "as low as" as if that was a preferable value, as opposed to saying "at minimum" as a worst-case Edit: when I suggested going with "the higher number" I only meant if you're citing the best case scenario, as present the way the low end is phrased makes it sound like the best case
I agree on getting a Mitsubishi Space Star, but there are better options than Hyundai or Toyotas. Why didn't you mention Stellantis brands like Peugeot or Opel?
Get you a 4cy honda, toyota, mitsubishi and yes even hyundai , had a hyundai accent sold it at 270k miles and it was still going strong...get these cars between years 95-2005 they are tanks will last forever preferable stick shift
