I saw an interview with the Turkey guy and apparently he had accidentally seen the "food often stuffed" question because the host wasn't so good at hiding the question cards. So he'd already decided he was going to give Turkey as the answer to that question and then when the round started his brain was all confused because he thought that was going to be the opening question.
@RJSRdg

As I understood it, while the first contestant was giving his answers, the second contestant was taken to a different part of the studio and had headphones put on with music playing so he couldn't hear the first contestant's answers. The music cut out briefly, and he heard the word "chicken" but didn't hear the question that went with it. So he answered "turkey" to each question,

Panel shoes are crammed with people desperate to further their 'comedy' careers and sell tickets to their stand up shows. Therefore they appear for next to, or even nothing. I think the contestant and Max laughed the rest of the time down and he didn't answer them.

@@Scorpion-Gamer82 The second contestant's 20 seconds is often not long enough, because they have to think of another answer if their first answer is the same as that given by the first. It should be 30 seconds.

@@davidz2808 I agree. 5 extra seconds is not enough if you duplicate an answer and the buzzer goes and you are asked for another.

If your audience is so dim that you have to explain what the correct answer is then maybe the question isn't so easy.

The #1 guy who thought he was being funny by replying Turkey to every question was definitely Peter Kays "Uncle Knobhead".

He wasn't trying to be funny. He had somehow heard the first guy give chicken as an answer, but didn't know which question!
