I’ve been eating in New Orleans for almost 30 years and I’ve got two spots that I eat at every time I’m in town. For a perfect dinner, head to Irene’s. It’s one of the few places that I wanted to lick plate before I left, because this sauce is so good. The other spot, on the opposite end of the spectrum, is the Acme Oyster bar. Their peacemaker PoBoy his stuff dreams are made of.
while your spot on with Irenes Acme is a chain so many other local spots for meals and poyboys that should be done before even considering acme@@jameekadasjay8784
Hello Jameeka. Nice video. You have several good restaurant suggestions. It is almost impossible to list the Top 10 Must Eats in NO since there are SO MANY wonderful restaurants. I've been coming to NO for over 40 years and continue to find excellent places. I do agree that Mambo's is a top choice for moderately priced restaurants in The French Quarter. Some of my favorites are Irene's, The Pelican Club, Sobu, NO Cookery for their HH oysters, Red Fish Grill, Ruby Slipper, The Rum House and Johnny;s Po' Boys to name a few.
