This week on Khaane Mein Kya Hai I have a list. A list of dishes that have left me wanting for more. A list of #mutton dishes that I have loved during the shoots of KMKH.
From the rich, flavourful fall of the bone succulent #mughlaimuttoncurry to the aromatic, moist and mouthwatering #biryani.

Of all the previous episodes that we have seen, this one came as a quick recap. If I have to pick one recipe out of these ten, it has to be Kid Gosht. Regardless of the kind of meat, the ingredients used in the recipe make it a rich meal.

My favourite mutton dish is Mutton Curry that my maternal grandma used to make. Blood red in colour, with lot of oil. My cousin & I used to add lot of coconut milk to lower down the spice level.

Sir jee.. can you show some authentic Maharashtrian dishes - veg and nonveg. There are many such dishes/delicacies which people don't know. Vadapav , missal is known by many. But dishes like nagpuri vada bhaat, shitloya(basically rice shev- similar to Modak and dipped in flavoured coconut milk). Sir please do such series.

Great to see the concatenate of all dishes together. By the way, do we have patthar ka gosht in Mumbai? Would appreciate to see the one. This has been one of my favourite from Hyderabad.

My favourite mutton dish is bengali style mutton curry with potato made by my mother on every sunday. All the mutton dishes shown by Kunal Sir looks very tempting but I would like to try Kid gosht once because it looks totally different from others. When it comes to Biriyani, every region in India will vouch for its own style. So being a bengali I shall always keep Kolkata Mutton biriyani above all....

Kunal it is nice to see you again on your favourite topic food. Few suggestions: ⑴ you are A MUMBAIKAR not bambaiwala. ⑵. Kindly do not dip your fingers in the pot. Take out your portion to eat/taste in a plate. Use seperate spoons. सगळे जेवण उष्टे केले नाही तर बघणार्‍याला बरे वाटेल.

Mutton Biryani for sure but but if you have not tried Mutton rosh its a pakthon delicacy I am not sure if it is available in India aur not but its slowly cooked on charcoal for hours only mutton meat with touch of salt one whole garlic one onion cut into 2 peices lamb fat under the meat and cook it for 2 to 3 hours and enjoy 😂❤😋😋 we have this dish very common in peshawar 🇵🇰

The Bheja fry was good and Olympia’s kheema looked very inviting but was loaded with oil. Somehow I can’t reconcile with the idea of pineapple in a biryani.
