Overuse from basketball is EXACTLY what caused my tendinitis. My tendon wasnt strong enough to support the explosive loads I put it through, and the tissues were damaged. But 2 months of strengthening, working up to full range of motion, then more strength training with full stretch basically healed it 100%. Then I worked through light plyometrics all the way up to explosive one legged plyos, and now my pain is completely gone and I'm more athletic than I was in high school. I understand what you're getting at, but dont mislead people like you do in this video. Just work harder to explain that you're ONLY talking to people who've tried everything and it didn't work. Because PT, ie: strengthening and stretching (dynamic stretching more than static stretching), CAN absolutely fix the WHOLE problem.
